We have recently onboarded Exactly for payment processing for our business.
The onboarding process was smooth and all requirements were clear.
When we started processing, we received the settelements timely.
During all the process, we had a great support from the account manager that was assigned to us.
Exactly have been incredible to work with. They’ve saved me thousands in processing fees, and the whole process was smooth and straightforward. Their support is second to none, and I honestly wish I’d switched to them sooner. Highly recommend to anyone looking to cut costs and get a reliable service!

they do not have a clue about the Spanish TAX and I had penalty due to their poor service , I had a few meetings regarding a few issues which never got resolved , also they do not have proper bank statement reconciliation
Nice payment system.Recently I've set uo a business and I started to use it. Still I've never had any problems-it launches fast,I can see scale sales? reports. Definitely it's convenient.

Very bad. Had 4 different accountants in one year. Couldn´t reach them when I urgently needed them. A lot went wrong and I had to pay several fines. And, on top of it all, my new accountant is telling me the accountancy for the last year has not been done well, so I have to pay 1000 plus Euros to do it all over.
I didn't get any reply from the sales team days ago and i'm still waiting ! I hope that you fix the response delay...

I've just lately become acquainted with this payment method, but I already enjoy it. A user-friendly interface, the ability to utilise money in several currencies, as well as simple transfer operations, are all important features. I am pleased with the service provided by exactly.com, and I want to continue to make use of the system's resources.
You never hear back from their support line.
I have them copied in all the requests I have since the ARNs they provided are bogus and cannot be located by the bank.
No one from their team ever responded. Definitely not recommended.

no responses from either from email threads from September up to December for the most recent ones. even with the backlog, I doubt it would take three months to look into an issue or reply with an acknowledgment to say the least.
