I purchased two music books worth of 60 pound,
Received notice 5 days delay.
After 5 days delay, there were no delivery and Amazon simply saying that order get lost.
And there is no way to contactable this reseller.
Is this fake company?
Unfortunately cannot give positive review from my recent dealings with this company. As order of DVD didn’t arrive on due date I phoned, left message which had no return call. Second phone call was answered and I was told it would be posted next day but after a week still no sign so phoned & left message but again no return call. After more than 2 weeks of waiting & minimal communication I’m pleased to say it is finally here! Awful customer service.. won’t be using again.
Amazing! One of the best sheet music company I have used. Bit of a delay getting the order dispatched, but after a quick email they got straight to it. Website needs a little work e.g. images for the whole catalogue, but it's still brilliant!
