Loving the different meal options at…
Loving the different meal options at exante. I have been pleasantly surprised by their porridge, risotto and noodle pots. Flavours are really nice and they do keep me feeling full. Delivery has been super fast as well. My only criticism would be that they are very often out of stock of their products and I have to find alternatives. At the moment no breakfast options (wether porridge or pancake mix) which is really disappointing as I really enjoyed them.

Exante diet
NHS diabetes remission diet, the choices offered by Exante were limited and choices diminished very quickly, however the quality of many of the products were very good I soon found my favourites and was able to stock up 😅. I can’t say for sure but it seems to me that when a company wins a contract funded by the tax payer it becomes just a money making feeding frenzy with little or no interest in providing decent support, pity it could
have achieved much more.

Beware. In spite of the (possibly computer generated?) standard responses to questions, Exante advise that they are closing down and are just running down their stock. So those who base their diet on Exante products (which were excellent) will soon be left hanging. Exante do not reply to a question as to whether they might consider it dishonest not to declare this more transparently, as they continue to encourage people to sign up.

The products are generally good
The products are generally good.
The bars are tasty.
Items are delivered quickly.
Had an issue with one of the bars missing from the delivery and I contacted customer team to let them know and they offered me a £3 refund. Speedy response.
I will order these products again.

This order was for a friend also who hasn’t done exante before,
Very disappointed there was no information or leaflets about how it works etc , my friend doesn’t use the internet so isn’t too happy ,

So disappointed
The only item I have been waiting to re order - lemon pancakes - showed in stock on website and let me order them only to be disappointed when order arrived there were none in box!! Only received bars. I enjoy the foods but very little selection now delivery is always on time.

I am a returning customer & wanted to buy just shakes & bars. However the product selection has reduced so much I have bought elsewhere to include the variety I preferred. Disappointed with Exante really.

I’ve lost 6/7lb in a week
I lost weight on the meal replacement shakes before and I felt hungry and cold. I bought the meal replacement shakes with a slightly different idea in mind, I soak 100ml water with a teaspoon of chia seed and then do the shake with 200mls of water. I don’t struggle with being hungry when I do this and I’ve had the shakes for around 5 days and lost a total of 6lb, the ordering of them was quick. And they arrived quick which made my kickstart of my diet possible! I highly recommend. I will be staying on the shakes until I have managed to get closer to my target and I will then use them to maintain my health weight. Thanks Exante please don’t completely get rid of the shakes I know your flavours are down to the basic 4 I used to love the Carmel frappe ones was gutted when I couldn’t order that but happy with the banana, strawberry and vanilla ones x
