Possibly a professional scam
Having received a lot of communication from customers believing this company was associated to my own I tried to contact them. Having call all available numbers, WhatsApp, email addresses I had no response.
Their website is now shut down and I would urge anyone who lost money to contact action fraud and their own back with all the evidence you have.
fraudsters you pay and then they disappear all their numbers are switched off
A SCAM!!!! Avoid this company!!!!
Paid over a £1,000 for lessons to start 5th January 2026 and instructor never showed. Have tried contacting the company, left emails, web chat and rang, can’t get hold of anyone. Luckily I have receipts, communications etc. On bank statement it says the company name of where payment went. Have phoned the bank, has been logged with their fraud team. I have also reported it to the report fraud associated with police and reported it to trading standards. I would advise others that have gone through this do the same as they need to be stopped.
Happened to me also, paid for 45 lessons and paid in full to take advantage of the 10%.
Total payment was £1200.
Same as others on here ghosted me and no reply to messages.
I have sent them a message as advised by bank so can claim money back through credit card.
Used credit card for this reason to cover myself if situations like this arise.
Scum of the earth.
I lost £688 ,here's what you can do,ring your bank tell them what's happened, they will tell you to email them and to cancel your lessons they have 48 hours to respond ( they wont) then your bank will try and get money back, Good Luck
FRUADSTERS
I have had the same experience as the woman below. They took £400 of my money and then ghosted me.
Very upsetting.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - they are fraudsters, they will take your money and then not turn up. AVOID!!!!
