We were very impressed with the service and price we had a brand new car delivered to our hotel exactly on time by Nicolas he was so friendly and helpful and explained all about the car...was so accommodating and met us at the airport so we could return the car to him! Excellent service , really friendly staff , delivered the car to our hotel at 9am as promised and lots of flexibility as we were able to leave key the day after to start our journey home , will 100% use again

I don’t know what the last lady who reviewed this was talking about she gave no details and seems to write similar rants for other things. We were a bit nervous but did some research to find they were a real company. They only have an office in Salou now, not La Pineda (that was in a hotel a few years back). However we contacted them by phone first, asked some questions then booked online. The car was delivered to our hotel on time (one day only) and collected from there too. We payed the extra €26 euros cover for peace of mind. Good car. On the contract we didn’t realise they had manually increased the rates for over a certain no of km and the no of km compared to their website. Even though we had signed the contract, when we pointed it out on their website at the end of the day they were happy to go with what their website said and acknowledged the website prices needed updating. No problems, kind and friendly service.

Excellence drop off the car at the camping side and pick up our car at the airport. We got free upgrade (to Audi Cabrio), what was a very nice surprise. We were scared that our baggage will not fit in the car but the Excellence proposed an extra help with the baggage (remarkable). One of the best car rental company i ever had to.

Explained to Excellence car hire 'Salou' that the taxi had not turned up.
Nichol delivered the car within 20mins & collected it on our return.
We hired the car again a few days later and again they delivered and collected with no additional charges. So very helpful & friendly 5 stars +

After a nightmare experience with Goldcar at Reus Airport we were so lucky to be referred to excellence rent a car. Given the limited number of rental companies Excellence will drop off and pick up your car at the airport. We had a friendly and hassle free experience which appears to be more and more rare. Thumbs up for Excellence rent a car.
