If you are considering working for Exevo, think twice. What is promised during hiring is completely disconnected from reality.
Here is how I was treated upon exit:
* Unlawful Final Settlement Deductions: Submitted my resignation tagging HR and leadership with my clear exit date. Nobody mentioned a notice period requirement, yet they arbitrarily deducted ₹5,000–₹6,000 from my final pay after I left.
* Withheld Earned Bonuses & Moving Goalposts: Qualified for my July bonus with metrics confirmed by management. For over two months, they gave broken payment promises, ultimately denying payout based on contradictory, shifting "flyers"—while peers with identical scores were paid.
* Hidden Targets & Shift Exploitation: Advertised as "no targets," but enforced heavy daily email volume (13–16+). Unpaid shift extensions, breaks excluded from hours, and forced personal-time compensation for their internal IT system crashes.
* Absurd Micromanagement: Zero empathy. Medical certificates required for simple headaches or half-day rest, accompanied by constant threats of termination.
* Complete HR Ghosting: Messages, calls, and emails ignored once pay disputes were raised.
