My daughter backpacked through Europe in the summer of 2025, she was fortunate enough to visit 22 countries. Talk about an experience of a lifetime. When I saw an add on Instagram for Exchange Life, I thought it was a great way for my daughter to celebrate each country she went to and to hold on to some memories. She loved this gift, it was for her birthday. I was able to get all of the countries she went to plus a free gift for under $200! I ordered the keychain for all of the charms, it has become a great conversation piece! We also will be adding China to her collection, as that is the next place she will be going to. The quality is good, the customer service is good and I highly recommend Exchange Life!

Now waiting two months! Ordered on the 15th of March, now the end of May and still nothing. Contacted them three times to be told the first two times that it will be dispatched in a week. Most recent time I was told in the next 3 days, this was over a month ago!

60 day return policy is a lie!
I ordered a bracelet and 21 charms in April. They arrived fairly quickly, but I wasn’t happy with my purchase. They advertise that you have 60 days from receipt to return your order for any reason (other than personalized orders), so I emailed the company, as the website says you should do. Long-story-short, we have gone back and forth over several emails, with them asking me to send pictures of all the charms and other included items, to offering a couple different options instead of a return and refund. The last message I received said they would refund 35% of the cost, and I could keep everything. They said most people prefer to do that instead of having to deal with customs fees and international shipping costs. To that I replied with a question: “Is your company based in the US, like your website claims? If so, why would I have to deal with customs and international shipping?” So far, I have not received an answer to that question, and it has been one month today since I made my first inquiry for a return and refund. I’ve given up on their extremely poor customer service, and I have turned to my credit card company to investigate this issue. Hopefully, they will be able to get Exchange Life to follow through on their stated 60 day no questions asked policy and give me a full refund!
