Greetings from Exchange It Online. We have blocked your account but did not hold any funds. Our support agents have repeatedly asked you not to use any VPN or proxy to alternate your location. You have provided documents from Turkey, then tried to verify wallets from several different countries in less than 24 hours which include but not limited to United Kingdom, Turkey, Norway and Germany. You did not send necessary documents when asked to verify your identity and country of residence. Since you have clearly violated our TOS and did not comply with support request.
