They definitely do not cancel your subscription. They kept charging me for months while I thought I had canceled my subscription. They do not allow you to delete your credit card information. When you want to cancel your subscription, they send you an email and ask you to do certain things. I do not understand how ridiculous this is. Definitely stay away from this company. I will be talking about this scam on all social media platforms including Reddit.
Fraudsters, never use them. They turn subscription cancellation into an odd quest, and even after you've followed all their requirements, they attempt to charge you post-cancellation. Blocking their payments results in them sending collection representatives. It's better never to engage with them. Given their actions, it seems their subscription is for a lifetime and can never be canceled!
They decided to monetize the API in a really weird way: you now have to pay for https encryption (what the F?) and functionality is being stripped from various API endpoints.
