The only drawback I can say with the support process is the amount of time to physically get help from someone and Exclaimer. I made my request the week of Thanksgiving so we can definitely make that a condition.
I chose Agent Attitude because Jaz is not a troubleshooting technician. The original ticket was raised because we needed help with the design. Jaz is very knowledgeable with design! She even recorded a video for us to walk us through making changes on our own.
My call today was due to a functionality issue; images are not loading in the newly designed signature.
Jaz was in my call for over 30 minutes and asked for help within 5 minutes of my call with her. She pulled out a heap of an effort to help me with troubleshooting. She made decisions quickly and swiftly knowing exactly who to contact, how to help me immediately, and stay with me until an agent became available.
Jaz is a perfect example of a "can-do" attitude. She went above and beyond first thing after a holiday.
The engineer to help me was an actual manager. Here, another example in customer support, where a TEAM comes through to help the customer.
Stuart took time away from his leadership duties to get into the trenches and absolutely smash out an explanation of what the issue is, why it happens, and the path moving forward to fix it.
Both Stuart and Jaz did a phenomenal job supporting someone with little experience in troubleshooting Exclaimer.
Neither one of them were NEVER in a hurry. They were knowledgeable about their product and how it works. They were both respectful, patient, careful, and tactical in figuring out the problem.
Never in the call did I get a sense that I was going to be "pushed-off while we research". I did not have to ask for either one of them to be thorough; they both simply did it as if it was a normal part of their day.
Dear Exclaimer leadership, do anything and everything you can to KEEP Jaz and Stuart. These two know how to make a difference in the area with "little-to-no" recognition. Jaz and Stuart are examples how technology companies make a difference when something does not go right with their product. In this case, with changes to Microsoft Office, specifically implementing new Outlook, the fault is not on the product and Exclaimer did a great job of communicating the issue and the way to resolution for me.

I have been using Exclaimer for years with various clients but it is gradually going down hill. Only certain parts are dynamic, tables are not. No clear guides.
Too many limitations, not enough investment and there is no 'technical', let alone support. They reply slowly just so you get annoyed and try something else.
