I had a bit of a slow start with getting the requested support and a bit of unneccesary back and forth which I found a bit inconvenient. However once I was able to plan a support session with Graeme and run through the issue to find a solution it was a great experience and even went a little bit longer than the booked time which eventually led us to find the solution.

We have done business with Exclaimer for some time and found we kept having issues with their processes and lack of human assistance. I've been trying to get hold of their accounts department after getting mails of our services to be suspended due to an account query they just cannot resolve.
It's been months now and it's like going round in circles.
No responses to call or mail.
Otherwise still getting the same mails over and over as if they do not know how to read the info provided.
Cannot get hold of them! It's super frustrating.

I have Been trying to work with their customer service and they are non existent. No one responds to the support ticket and I was going to bring some other companies on but since no one is responding I'll be going elsewhere. Once we were onboarded the sales person pushed us off to the support team but I cannot get anyone to respond. If your looking at this company I would look somewhere else!

The software is really buggy and doesn't support direct HTML source. It can be really time-consuming to put together signatures, especially if you need variations across different locations, which we do.
I could make my peace with the poor software experience but at some point about a year ago, I ran into an issue where their system refused to accept our payment methods. I spent many, many hours trying to resolve this, being ignored by their international support.
When I finally, after almost 12 months, had someone from their actual HQ office get in touch with me to try to recover the payments that were owed. I was basically told that they accept millions of payments, there's no problem with their gateway, and it must be something that I'm doing wrong.
I'd strongly recommend looking at one of their many competitors.
