Do not trust their return policy
I purchased a LELO Sona 2 Cruise from Exclusive Beauty Club and received a defective product. I followed the included instructions to charge and power on the device upon delivery, only to find that it did not function at all.
I contacted their support team the same day it arrived (purchased March 30th, delivered April 2nd) and received a clearly AI-generated response directing me to contact the manufacturer directly. As a retailer, that is not an acceptable resolution for a defective product sold just days prior.
To make matters worse, their 30-day return policy apparently does not apply to this product — something that was not disclosed at the time of purchase. I am extremely dissatisfied with Exclusive Beauty Club's customer service and would not recommend purchasing from them.
