I enquired recently to sell my car and…

I enquired recently to sell my car and gave all of the information, make model, age, reg, any defects etc. I also sent some photographs I had of the car.

I was told, yes definitely they were interested in selling my car on their site and all I had to do was have some photographs taken at a cost of £150. I agreed as I was hopeful after they had all the information of the car that this was something they could sell. They also did extensive searches on the car online, were given any problems which were few as the car is in excellent condition.

The man along with his father came to take the photo's. asked for a picture of the log book and any service history of which they took photo's of, they then left.

Monday after the photo's were taken on the Saturday I was informed via WhatsApp that my car was not suitable for their website after all and they would not be able to advertise my car.

It was then that I realised that the whole process is a scam in order to get you to pay £150 for a set of useless photographs because they never intend to list your car on their website.

I asked why they couldn't get the information from the photographs I had already sent and the extensive information I had given to them before I paid out £150 on photographs, surprisingly I was ignored and did not receive a reply.

I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this company completely, they are not what they claim to be and the whole process is simply a scam. If I can save one other person from losing £150, then its worth it.
