Fuming!!
Fuming!!! After a month waiting, the hoodie finally arrived and I can’t accept it! The words are divided into syllables wrongly! I did ask to send me a mockup for approval first! They ignored it and bragged about the quality and best services instead! The quality of the hoodie is poor, sizing small and 3D puffed embroidery shown on their website looks so different to what I’ve got here! I could have a better quality in local store around the corner! Cheaper, faster without any issues! They did not fit a word Clothesline how supposed to for some strange reasons, so decided to divide it into “clothesl - ine” instead! Now? do not want to listen about any wrong doing and brushing me off theirs shoulder! Telling me that they immediately sent my pictures to the warehouse for verification and it is correct?! I am not going to wear it for many reasons! Quality of the hoodie and embroidery itself, size, and incorrectly divided word into syllables! I didn’t ask for any of that! Paid a fortune for such crap! I need my refund - you can keep it!
The worst experience ever
The worst experience ever, it’s been one month sense i’ve ordered the hoodies. I’ve even payed for express delivery.
One month later it still hasn’t arrived.
Don’t ever order anything from them, it think iv’e been scammed.
Ordered these custom hoodies
Ordered these custom hoodies, and while the design turned out amazing, shipping took a lengthy three weeks. The packaging was simple yet adequate, but honestly, the wait tested my patience. Quality met expectations, though, and the price was fair for what you get.
