"Excusive Jewelry" is a RIPOFF

First and foremost I am honest and despise those that tell lies. This store is a rip off . They sold my mom a chain under the belief it was white gold .$290 MY MOM PAID for a small necklace that is silver . And a virgin Mary medallion..for 200...all silver the necklace and medallion sells for $11 on Amazon. Now they don't want to make it right they basically saying deal with it and thats that. So what now they gonna just burn us like that. Your store needs to make this right!!!!

"FRAUD"

"I ordered a $139.00 nail bracelet from this site, because the website's picture was so perfect. And before ordering, I have chatted with them regarding the quality. Of course, they said it is the same as the picture and good quality.
But they sent me one made with cheap trash quality one totally different from the picture.
For the same bracelet, I could buy $10.00 in Dhgate.com or Aliexpress. That is why I compated the pictures and asked them personally their bracelet quality.
The bigger problem is that they refuse return saying only exchange available. I asked many times for the refund through email and chatting. They refused refund without a reason. It was so ridiculous.
I just wasted my money. I never had this kind of terrible experience in the United States.
Please Don't buy anything from them."
