This home was exactly what we needed. It was very clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with everything to make our stay comfortable from the start. The only thing I would suggest is buying extra dish soap, paper towels, & toilet tissue. The home matched the pictures and description. We felt right at home and would definitely recommend this place to others.

We stayed here this past Thanksgiving and had an amazing time. The host was extremely accommodating. Check in was easy. The house was clean. The kids had a blast especially in the game room. We would definitely stay again.

Andy's place was phenomenal had no problems extremely clean beds comfortable linens great kitchen all the right appliances all the right kitchenware perfect pool area screens were great no mosquitoes able to come in it was phenomenal When I called I always got a response with an at least 30 minutes He always seemed to care if you needed anything else I mean I've never stayed in an Airbnb like Andy's place and I've been doing this since high school and I'm 55 great place take my advice get up Andy Airbnb King

We had a wonderful experience!!!!! We brought my 6 year old to Florida to celebrate her 6-7 birthday! The house was amazing! I loved the master being on the bottom floor because my husband and I were able to get some much needed rest from our daily lives while everyone else enjoyed hanging out upstairs. I also enjoyed relaxing on the outside furniture while the others enjoyed the pool. The house was spacious, clean and well designed. The neighborhood was safe and I would definitely choose this property again!

Andy was a great host and the home was exactly what we expected. Great themed rooms and a game room for the grandkids. Highly recommend this home and Andy as a host.

We had a fantastic 2 weeks in 2669 Petition Lane Kissimmee, the house had everything we needed and then some. It was spotlessly clean and the pool and games room simply added to our experience. Andy, our host, was super responsive. I would 100% recommend this place!

Great stay at 7041 - Solterra Oasis! The house was super clean, comfy beds, and lots of space for our group of nine. Safe, quiet gated neighborhood in Davenport about 30 minutes from the parks. Andy was awesome—really easy to communicate with. The clubhouse pool was warm and the food was good. Couldn’t figure out the upstairs projector, but no big deal!

We had a wonderful stay at 3009 Protagonist Street! The house was huge!!! It was beautiful, clean and spacious - exactly as described!

Andy was very responsive and helpful before we arrived. One of the pool nets were broken by the pool. We let Andy know immediately Friday night and he had people come and fix it on Monday. Thank you!

The themed rooms were great and the pool heating was perfect!

If anything - maybe some more starter items for guests such as toilet paper and essentials going forward. This was clearly communicated in the listing but - maybe going forward to make it more appealing to guests this is something to think about!

I had a very positive visit with Executive Villas Florida. The place was exactly as pictured and had all of the amenities I needed for the first night until I could get to the store the next day. Check in and check out were very easy. It was the perfect place because my son lives in Champions Gate and I was only 5 minutes from him. My visiting grandchildren loved the private pool and also the community pool. I will definitely stay here again!

We loved it! It was the perfect place to spend my son’s birthday. The kids loved the space more than universal 😂 we will definitely be back!

We recently did a local staycation at Windsor Island Resort, one of Executive Villas Florida’s newest vacation rental communities, and it was absolutely fantastic! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfect for families.

Our kids loved the amazing resort amenities — from the lazy river and splash pad to the family-friendly clubhouse and pool area. The communication with the Executive Villas Florida team was outstanding; everything was seamless from check-in to check-out.

If you’re looking for a luxury Orlando vacation home near Disney, we highly recommend Executive Villas Florida at Windsor Island Resort. It’s the ideal spot for family vacations, weekend getaways, or Florida staycations. We’ll definitely be booking again soon!
