In this case, I’m afraid the results achieved by families on our programme would appear to not share your view… in fact we’re so proud of our results, that our website always shows the latest figures… … so far this month, over 56,500 lessons have been successfully completed, and so far this year over 1.3 million lessons have been successfully completed by students. The average pass mark is over 96% for each lesson. This simply would not be possible if the programme was ineffective.
It is a contract, however, and therefore it is legally binding for both parties. We are, of course, happy to honour our side and want to continue to supply you with access to our platform as we want your children to succeed on our programme as thousands of others do every week, as the only way it can help is if it used.
EXEMPLAR EDUCATION STOP ROBBING US…
Never ever think of booking on this course. The custumer service is rubbish. They are still stealing money from us every month without providing the necessary help. It is a big HOAX..............I'm shocked that someone could cheat people in the name of education. It is day light robbery under the name of education. We havent used the services for over a year and we are still paying for nothing because we are under contract.
After you post a bad review there is an immediate reply with a five star review from another parent and a mail that they are trying to resolve the issue. Does it take 1 year for anyone to resolve an issue?
Beware a education loan is taken on your behalf when you sign a contract. The payment goes to a finance company which may be part of their trick again. So when the payment stops from your end- the finance company calls to harass you for payment and court notices are sent. Is the founder of this education institute unaware of how disgraceful his services are? I have come across other educational website online which are even more helpful than EXEMPLAR and is open for cancellation anytime you wish without a contract.

Please don’t sign up you will end up paying for nothing 5 years. The program is not worth it. There’s no support to your child and you cannot cancel the contract after you have signed it. You’ll pay thousands for nothing.

This is an excellent program for my 5 year old boy to learn reading and maths with just 10 minutes every day.
His teacher just called me and said his phonics really improved as well as his confidence!

Excellent.. I would recomend examplar education to anyone wanting extra tutoring as my daughter joined 2 years ago and loves it and progressing in her maths and English .
They are clear and precise and tailors to the exact needs of the children.
Customer service is very good and if any help required just phone them and they will help untill issue solved .

As with all companies that offer financial products we must adhere to very strict rules and regulations and, in fact, we go to extraordinary lengths to explain exactly what those obligations are for customers. Our processes and paperwork go far beyond what is legally required and are far in excess of what the Financial Ombudsman Service, Financial Conduct Authority and the Consumer Credit Act recommend. We do this to make families aware of the obligations they're entering into as we want to be transparent from the outset. We do offer a PAYG option for families that don't want a contract but our 15 month contract is the best option for most families as it keeps the monthly payments as low as possible. It is a contract, however, and therefore it is legally binding for both parties. We are, of course, happy to honour our side and want to continue to supply you with access to our platform as we want your children to succeed on our programme as thousands of others do every week.

Disgraceful Customer Service
In my experience, incompetent, unresponsive and unhelpful customer service. I subscribed to Exemplar for my two kids for 15 months, then I wanted to cancel it after 15 months. I wrote many emails, asked on online chat for months. But very unresponsive and unhelpful. Now their finance partner asking me for payment despite Exemplar confirming via email that my cancellation request has been passed on to their admin back in Oct. And I've just called them, emailed them and chatted online just to confirm cancellation and for their finance partner to stop calling me for payment. Horrendous experience - customers should not have to spend hours for months just to cancel their subscription at the end of their contract. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.

This is another scam
This is another scam, very expensive and no trial period or refund policy. Once you take the subscription, then you are forced to continue the subscription for 15 months.
Genuine educational portals will never have this kind of policy.

We offer several subscription options but yes you are correct if you take out a 15 month (minimum) term subscription then this means legally we must supply you with access to the programme and all of our support services for the full term of the contract which, of course we are doing.
Honestly I’m disappointed
Honestly I’m disappointed. Is there a way to cancel please. My daughters not making much progress at all. She does up to 10 modules a week and is no clearer. She watches the videos and examples etc but it’s not worth the money. I would be grateful if someone could contact me.

The average pass mark is over 94% for each lesson.
You signed up to our 15 month (minimum) subscription service as this is the most economical way for parents to receive our educational support. This means legally we must supply you with access to the programme and all of our support services for the full term of the contract which, of course, we are doing.
I would ask that you contact Customer Support so that they can go through how to use the programme successfully and be amongst the thousands of students gaining amazing results.
