They are scammers. They get you stuck in 15 months contract where you have to pay 46.25 pounds monthly whether your child decides to use the website or not. Also, They are big cheaters even in the end of the contract without any warning or notice they keep stolen money in your account until you contact them to cancel the contract and they are very very rude not listen to anyone no refund. Speaking of the website, its severely outdated and sometimes even putting in the correct answer makes it register as wrong. Its not useful

I enrolled my son on the programme. Outdated and he did not enjoy the programme.I was given a 2 months break and then when I said about cancellation I have to pay my 3 months advance for the break time . I lost £150. I would not recommend. Not good experience at all

It is complete ripoff, things that they promise and say when you start your subscription is completely different than the reality. Please use this money to get private touter, as you will end up paying similar costs as private touter. I had my subscription for one year and absoloutly regret it.
However when you speak to the customer Service they are polite and seems professional. DO NOT JOIN and use this money to have fun with your kids.

I have given 1 star as it is the only option, this company don’t deserve that. The system is a complete con it fails to follow the curriculum for school and the levels that have to be an achieved on some of the lessons are ridiculous with no correct answer. Totally the worst thing I have ever signed up for. Customer service is diabolical they never respond to emails never answer the phone or return any messages left. Do not sign up with this company

If I could give this company no stars I would. I was told by the sales man (Mark) that if my finances changed through the year (as I told him that my circumstances may change) I would be able to cancel.

I've now tried contacting them to advise them that I'm unable to carry on. They have ignored my emails, after chasing 4 times. Spoken to an adviser (Rosalind) that told me she is putting my case forward to the Family Liaison Team. Still haven't had any communication and this was from the 19th August. They are a total joke!!! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS DODGY COMPANY....

Personally my experience has been average, interesting to read other parents review on this company. It has helped my child my stance is if I’m paying then my child has no choice but to use even if it’s only one lesson everyday. FOR ANYONE WANTING TO STOP PAYMENTS LEAVING YOUR ACCOUNT TRY CANCELLING THE PAYMENT CARD YOU USED TO PAY FOR THE INITIAL 1ST MONTH. THIS WILL STOP ANY FURTHER PAYMENTS COMING OUT OF ACCOUNT. If you order a new card ie you report it as lost or stolen this will stop all future payments coming out straight away, if your order a replacement card the payments will stop coming out after around 30 days when your old card is no longer valid.

Checked Companies House and Notice of strike off has been filled as of 22/July/20222. Director also reported £0 assets profits losses in all the years he has been trading. Something very Fishy here.

This is just a Scam, these people are encashing parents weakness. I have never heard of minimum 15 months contract for an educational subscription. Don't be fooled by the fake 5 star reviews. Save your money.

They are robbing people. On the phone they say you can cancel anytime then when you want to to cancel they say your contract is one year.

I have been calling my personal tutor from exemplar and he is ignoring my texts and my calls

Surprised how much negativity exemplar gets. Not sure about the cancellation policy as I had made up my mind and did not try to cancel. Exemplar has saved me alot of money and helped my daughter get into grammar school and she continues using it. My son is also using it. It was hard 3 years to pay for it but it has saved me lots on extra tuition fees for my kids. I wouldn't have known how to help my kids otherwise. I am truly glad I got it!

Speaking of the website, its severely outdated and sometimes even putting in the correct answer makes it register as wrong. Also, the laptop they give which they state is very amazing, has terrible components where EVEN the motherboard is not for a laptop but smaller than a phone.

Their package does not provide value for money. I was told that this will be appropriate for my child who was in year 9 at the time. When I joined, I found that they have very limited resources for older children. My 3 children hated the platform as the resources are not robust and did not keep my children engaged.
When I tried to cancel, they threaten me with it affecting my credit rating.
Now I am stuck, paying monthly subscription for a service that my children don't use.
Exemplar, improve your service or stop taking money off people for bad service.

My experience with this company is terrible ….
Exemplar Education have unfortunately created a legally full proof mechanism of extorting funds from parents that are desperate for their children to improve educationally. Yet they don’t improve dramatically because the Exemplar device that’s given is flawed and riddled with technical issues and the support system is sub standard.
Exemplar lure parents with false promises of high academic achievements and is peddled by retired middle class woman who act as representatives that come to your home and prey on your insecurities about your children’s academic abilities. They then present a book like contract that’s not explained properly that binds you into a finance agreement with 3J Finance Ltd. It’s the most disgusting form of business imaginable because regardless of your financial situation or desperation they lock you into feudal like system that enslaves you and doesn’t allow you to leave regardless of whether you use them or not. I pray that this company is exposed for the harm it’s creating everywhere and people that have suffered by Exemplar and their cronies 3J Finance Ltd stand together take action against them.

I try this with my son but they made me pay£100 every month for 4 children and when I cancel the subscription they still asked for me to pay

Their website is very flimsy and not very user friendly. The questions on the assessments have incorrect answers for some of the lessons. Also the audio of the question is not properly synced with the written question on the screen. My son is not benefitting from it and struggles with it.

We were told that it will be very engaging and interactive. However the UI is very old style and doesn't engage kids very much. it is hard to get my son to sit and do the lessons on this. All what is happening is I am paying a hefty amount of money for something we are not using at all. I wish if I could cancel the subscription. I only came to know later that I was sold an useless product for an unreasonably high price turning to be a loan that I have to pay in full.

stuck into something that you can not get out of i regret and the support is awful

They are avoiding me completely. Havent sent out one certificate or resources as promised. On multiple occassions i have filled out a contact form and called in and left voicemails, no one has yet contacted me. Very outdated system, and I regret agreeing to contract because it is not engaging for my 4 year old at all. Would rather cancel my direct debit and deal with that hassle than be ignored but still charged.

I learnt a lot of new things and if or when I need help or don't even understand it, YOU CAN HAVE A REAL TEACHER ON A MEETING TEACH YOU, but the only reason I gave it 4 stars was because they don't say what was wrong, you have to see and work it out yourself to, hopefully, get it right.
