Our UK-qualified teachers are on hand to assist students with their Exemplar Education work, as well as their broader maths and English work 6 days a week through our Freephone Teacher Helpline, on 0800 999 5112 (4pm to 7pm Mondays to Fridays and 10am to 1pm on Saturdays). I can also see from your account that you signed up to the programme in December 2021 with a 12 month minimum subscription, we of course continue to honour our side of the contract by supplying you and your family access to the programme for the remainder of the contract. I have asked our customer support team to contact you as soon as possible.

DO NOT SIGN ANY LONG TERM CONTRACT
There are several alternatives out there that allow you cancel anytime you like. My child lost interest after about 3 months, but I am still going to pay for the whole 18 months I signed, terrible experience for me

Stay away, don’t even think about using this company, it’s rubbish. It’s worked in dollars, it’s not updated. All they care about is trapping you and taking your money. So many wonderful free apps out there. Please please do not even take an introductory call.

We have thousands of satisfied customers who are achieving fantastic results with us on a daily basis. This year alone over 208k lessons have been completed with an average passmark of 94.9%, these results would simply not be possible if the programme was ineffective.
As you have not left any details here for us to identify your account, I am unable to provide a specific response, however I can tell you we do not "trap" customers, we do however expect them to honour the minimum subscription period that they have signed up for.

This program has been very helpful to my son especially in pandemic when schools were closed. I didn’t struggle to look for work for my son to do as there was enough work with the program.
I also rang today to request moving my son to a higher level in the package. I was pleased with the way the request was handled and your response to the request was immediate.

If your child is not benefitting, I would suggest that you are either not using the programme or not using it correctly. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. They will be able to ensure that you use the programme correctly and can get your child on track to obtaining the same fantastic results as thousands of students regularly using the programme are. So far this year over 195,000 lessons have been completed with an average pass mark of 96.5% this simply would not be possible if the programme was ineffective.

My 2 sons used exemplar education ( The student Support Centre) from 2014 and they found it very useful .It gave them the confidence and a good foundation with their Maths and English.
They are now in secondary education and I am glad that they had the opportunity to use this wonderful educational package. Definitely will recommend to use.

We signed up to this to aid my two children ages aged 11 and 13 through the last phase of school. My 11 eleven year old is ok with it and sort of taken it as an extra piece of homework. My 13 year seems to think it’s a waste of time and not really relevant to her school work. Not massively impressed but stuck with a 12 month contract.

Exampler are scam never sign contract with them....avoid them please. My kids got bored with the strange program and stop using it since 2020 but still they are taking my money from my account.

We are sorry to hear that you are no longer using our programme but the results achieved by families that do, speak for themselves.
So far this year (January & half of February) over 152,000 lessons have been completed with students achieving an average pass mark of 96% and these results simply would not be possible if the programme was ineffective.
You opted to spread your payments monthly over a period of time and, as that period has not yet passed, that is why it can't be cancelled part way through like any other payment plan. I'm afraid we strongly refute it's a 'scam' as you would have been made aware of, signed and received copies of our transparent paperwork at the time. We would genuinely like to support you and your children getting back on track as, if it's not being used, it can't possibly help.
To this end, please contact us on 0800 1777 999 so that we assist in getting your children back using the programme and achieving the same fantastic results as the thousands of students that are using the programme regularly.
Exemplar won't cancel your subscription even if you cannot afford it due to loss of earnings...
Contacted Exemplar to explain my wife's illness has drastically reduced our income and we are unable to continue the subscription as we cannot afford it, as well as the fact my son does not use the system as he finds the interface bad with old outdated looking content. Under section 6 of the terms and conditions of contract it says "In exceptional circumstances in which you have good reason to no longer require the Subscription, we may consider allowing you to
cancel the Subscription". But they refuse to cancel our subscription. If not being able to work through illness and unable to earn money to pay for it is not classed as a good reason, i don't know what is other than death!!

I can see from your account that your monthly payments have been lowered and that we have explained to you what constitutes a “special circumstance” in terms of a financial agreement.
These terms are governed by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) which we must abide by, they are not rules that are set by Exemplar. In fact our processes and paperwork go far beyond what is legally required and are far in excess of what the Financial Ombudsman Service, Financial Conduct Authority and the Consumer Credit Act recommend. We do this to make families aware of the obligations they're entering into as we want to be transparent from the outset.
We continue to be here to support you and want to do anything we can educationally to ensure your children get the most from our online teaching system.
