Starting your health and fitness journey

I worked with John last year on the start to my wellness journey. He took the time to get to know me,my life and my habits to be able to get the perfect work out routine and diet that worked for me abd my life style. Its the first time i have actually stuck with something. Our weekly touch bases were very important and I didnt feel like he was just checking boxes, but really wanted to be involved and supportive. For anyone who is looking to start their health/weight loss journey or even better the one you're on now.... I would totally work with John. Also: it works I lost 40 lbs now.

Great Coach!

I can’t say enough great things about John as both a workout and nutrition coach. He goes the extra mile continuously. He’s introduced me to ideas and approaches I had never even heard of before, and the results speak for themselves. He always is sending me links for things that can help with sleep, tiredness after work, etc. He even made a recommendation for my dogs for their skin problems. Haha

What really sets John apart is how personable and positive he is. He takes the time to listen and genuinely understands what I’m experiencing. Every time I think I’ve learned a lot overall with health and fitness, he continues to teach me even more. He does an amazing job explaining how my body reacts to different foods and why I might feel certain ways after eating, which has been incredibly helpful.

His workouts are also excellent challenging but doable and tailored in a way that works for me. Since working with him, I’ve lost 34 pounds and I’m still making progress.

Beyond the physical changes, this journey has made me more active as a parent and has boosted my confidence in a big way. I actually look forward to continuing to work with John long-term.

He is a 10 out of 10, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to make lasting changes.

John is a very acknowledge and helpful…

John is a very acknowledge and helpful trainer. He is consistent and a great listener. He provides all the resources you need to help you on your weight loss journey which I love about him. He’s not only shows that he cares but he’s always willing to help you and always willing to take any advice. Needed to get you on the right path to your weight loss journey. I started off with 275 pounds and I am down to 161. I feel great more energy and I challenge myself every day. John shown support and also helped me with a great meal plan to continue with my weight loss. He is amazing.

A Knowledgeable, Flexible Trainer Who Truly Listens

John is an outstanding personal trainer who consistently goes above and beyond. He is incredibly accommodating and adaptable, always willing to adjust workouts based on my goals, schedule, or how my body is feeling. His knowledge really shows, he explains the why behind what I am doing, which helps me stay motivated.
What truly sets John apart is his openness and creativity. He’s always willing to entertain (and thoughtfully refine!) my crazy ideas while making sure everything is safe, effective, and aligned with my goals. His flexibility, expertise, and positive attitude make working with him both productive and enjoyable. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer who truly listens and collaborates.

Fitness Coaching that Meets You Where You Are

I can’t recommend John enough. He helped me build a sustainable routine with meal planning, workouts, and supplements tailored to my goals. What impressed me most was how much he listened and took my medical conditions into account when building my plan. It never felt like a cookie-cutter program. Everything was personalized and thoughtful. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about your health and long-term success, he’s the real deal.

I look and feel like my best self!

I worked with John for a little over a year. I feel like he always understood what my goals were. He never made it too difficult on me. He challenged me every day and told me when to rest when I needed to. I’ve lost almost 20 pounds. I look and feel great. The biweekly check-ins and the app tasks kept me consistent. I feel like I have the tools to stay consistent and walk away, knowing that I can keep going. John is super supportive, friendly and energetic.

Coach John has helped me lose over 20…

Coach John has helped me lose over 20 pounds, but what truly sets him apart is that he focuses on overall health, not just nutrition. He genuinely cares about what’s going on in your life and how it impacts your goals. He’s encouraging, follows through, checks in throughout the week, and always responds in a timely manner. Our bi-weekly meetings are incredibly helpful, and he adapts everything to what actually works for you. As a working mom, planning can be really hard, but he meets you where you are and walks with you every step of the way. His recommendations are realistic, affordable, and effective.

Awesome Trainer

John works with what I’m comfortable with and what I can do. He puts together very doable workouts that I’ve enjoyed. I don’t have a gym membership, just some equipment at home and he builds the workout totally around what I have. Lately, I’ve been on a running kick, so he’s been working with me in how to maximize my runs and improve my effort and time. His suggestions have been game changers on my improvement. I went though a rough patch last year and feeling down on myself/exercise and he helped me get past it and I was able to get back on the saddle because of him. I really love working with John.

I have given myself zero time to fit…

I have given myself zero time to fit workouts and nutrition in, I wasn’t even getting enough sleep…working two businesses took a huge toll on my body and John has been so gracious during the whole process! I have learned to be kind to myself and that I need to celebrate the small wins! I would have never turned over a new leaf, if it wasn’t for John, and I am just so grateful for his knowledge and most importantly, his patience!!!!
