Great help

The technician was friendly, professional and very helpful. He was a clear communicator who made sure I understood what was happening and explained things really well. He resolved the issue quickly and then made sure I did not need help with anything else.

Was a member years ago but decided to…

Was a member years ago but decided to go with a different ISP that was offering better value.
Exetel then wanted to charge me 3 months for leaving a 'leave any time no contract' plan.
I then complained that this was not only unreasonable but downright shady.
To their credit they realised how monumentally stupid an wrong it was and refunded my money.

Now they are going all in the this new plan they're offering so I though ok didn't have a great experience last time but they saw reason and sense, maybe things have changed?

NOPE! I have been blocked from using their services.
Well within their right to do so, but this is the second slimy scummy thing they've done, imagine what they're doing behind the scenes.

Garbage slime soaked company imo.

Knowledgeable and helpful
