Despite me having difficulty…

Despite me having difficulty understanding initially what Lasitha was saying - he was very patient & willing to repeat information to allow me to work with him to resolve my problem.
He was extremely knowledgeable & walked me through all the steps involved with getting a resolve -which I’m very grateful for.
I am upgrading from FTN to FTP. Grateful he was able to support the upgrade. Laditha is Intelligent, knowledgeable & very patient.

Luwanga was very helpful today, but...

Luwanga was very helpful this afternoon, and was finally able to resolve whatever the blockage with my NBN service was.

But I called 7 times over the previous week, I received poor and confused service from Exetel overall. Some Extel tech sent me an SMS telling me the fault was fixed, right on knock-off time last Friday afternoon. (4:59pm, to be exact.) I paid $200 today to buy a new modem/router after Exetel said O would have to wait (at least...) 5 business days for a new unit, and would also have to accept a 24 month lock-in. After the fix today, it's not at all clear that the old modem/router was the problem in the first place.

Glenda was very quick in assisting me on my query & concern. I just had one simple question about my current plan & eligibility on the new One Plan but I ended up being set up to have one in no time, plus I get to have some savings. Faster internet plan at a cheaper price all done in few mins, thanks Glenda. She's very patient in waiting for me to do what I need from my end. She also explained the process of switching over really well. Overall Exetel service is great. Having that One Plan makes it easier for everyone to choose what suits our internet needs.
