I’ve ordered a few products from EXG and the experience has been top-notch every time. The products are super creative — functional, fun, and clearly made by fans who care. Shipping was fast, packaging was solid. I also love how they’re starting to include scannable QR codes that unlock extra content - it’s a cool touch.

Most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. Most unresponsive customer support, email once and then never respond back or action. If you send the incorrect item have the decency to sort it out. Would avoid this company at all cost! Ordered the Call of Duty Monkey Bomb and you sent Sonic instead. Then no response to pick it up leaving me out of pocket!

Item either was shipped broken, or broke during shipping due to inadequate packaging with the item itself or how it was packaged in the box.
Have been trying to contact them since their return/refund policy requires contacting within 14 days, but not a single acknowledgement. Customer support does not seem to exist at all.
Would not recommend buying directly from them.

I bought 3 products, I only received 2 of them. They don't reply to emails about refunds. Nice products but very bad customer service and bad logistics service

Great items for sale, but best to order from eBay or Amazon!

I was tempted by the 40% off sale, but after purchasing I realised that the main website has no proper customer service (email only - and automotic replies to buying - but no replies to questions).

They also advertise that they are sending things out by Royal Mail 48, when actually they are using Hermes...

So not much choice or support if things go wrong or if you want something delivered quick...

If I knew it was Hermes (who are slow and terrible at finding tracking info) I would have bought it on Amazon Prime or eBay instead.

As at the moment I have no idea when the package will come as the Hermes tracker is stuck on 'It's on its way' and two days later it has not been scanned again...so I am hoping it will come with the 4 days left and had not been lost.

I think that they should give up on using Hermes and just have it delivered through DPD, Royal Mail, or Amazon.

Overall Cable Guys items are amazing, they are so much fun to look at, perfect useful collectables, great reminders of things you like, and so useful, and definitely worth a buy!
