Good afternoon Aiden, I do send my sincere apologises for the issue that you have raised with us. I have had this escalated with the couriers as this is not the way we like to operate and expect our customers to experience this. After looking into this with them the couriers have advised us that the driver was instructed by the Yard Marshal to leave the goods to where the order was stacked as we have had images from the courier showing that the panels were stacked to which I have sent these via an email to you. If there are any special delivery requirements for future orders please so let us know and we will ensure these are passed onto the couriers and once again I do send my sincere apologises for any inconvenience this may have caused

The staff are very friendly and helpful and orders are dispatched straight away.
Quotes are turned round within half an hour at most.
Overall a great team who understand customer service
