After opening a ticket an operator told me after half a day, it will be refunded within 30 days.
So over all thats a pleasent and fast respond.

Be careful of this company
Be careful of this company. I wanted to try for gaming purposes and when it didnt work at all I set out to cancel my membership. I did infact cancel it with confirmation over email. Two months later and i still find them having my account as active somehow which has billed me for two months. I wanted my money back and service just hides behind terms of service, and does not care. This is a scam! They do not care!

EXITLAG is a SHXT
This is a terrible company, intentionally deceiving users with automatic subscription renewals. I will never use their service again.
Be especially cautious with their customer service. They showed no interest in understanding my situation and continuously hid behind their Terms & Conditions to tell me that I would not be receiving a refund. Extremely rude and left me feeling very disappointed.
The annual renewal fee I paid seems to be used for paying this type of poor staff and supporting the operations of such a horrible company. I would strongly recommend that the company's headquarters be moved to Cambodia, as it's notorious for scams.

Careful of the auto renewal
Careful of the auto renewal, application did its job for when I needed it.
Note that Exitlag does minimal to cancellations or renewals.
Support contacted me after a day to tell me that refunds 1 day after renewal are not possible, this due the service continueing being available for the entire month.
