If I could rate it 0 I would

If I could rate it 0 I would! As others have found, the returns process just doesn’t work. Email address bounces back, order incorrect, asked for a bra on pure white and received it in yellow and about 3 sizes too small. Avoid at all costs.
Please refund my money!!!

SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE

SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE, this product is not as described and there is no customer service. My experience is the same as all of the others, ordered 2XL, for my staffy and got what would be suitable for a cat. Like the others have described, exactly the same for me. Several emails, no response, wasted $69.

Paid for 3XL dog bed 100cm

Paid for 3XL dog bed 100cm, got sent a tiny one useful for a cat or small toy dog. Video showed a golden retriever apparently on a 3XL bed, my border collie is smaller than than and no way he can fit on there. Company are scammers!!!!

Wrong product and zero customer service

As with most other reviewers, I bought a 3XL (100cm) CALMING Pet sofa. What I received was a small barely 80cm product. It's suitable for a small lapdog but in no way is what I ordered... $77 later.

Their website video shows 3 dogs (2 x golden retrievers and a border collie) getting on the size 3XL pet sofa. My dog, is in-between the size of the border collie and the golden retriever and would not be able to fit on the product sent to me.

Further, in relation to the quality of the product, their advert says it is weighted. There is no weighting that I can see on inspection. It also says it has extra padding for added comfort. However it is just standard cushion filling that does not expand and certainly does not sit up and stay full and plush as is shown on the photos and video.

Their website says website says "As a customer-centric company, we prioritize your satisfaction above all else. We are committed to delivering exceptional products that meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship."

What a load of rot! I've sent two emails and sent two messenger messages requesting a return and refund and have not received any response.

Stay away from this company as you'll only end up disappointed, angry and poorer for the exercise!
Shame on you Exlira!
