An amazing company with beautiful, high-end perfumes that have truly unique scents. I placed an order in the U.S., but unfortunately part of my package was lost during delivery. I contacted customer service, and they immediately reshipped the missing items while communicating in a very respectful and professional way. I will definitely continue ordering from this brand again and again.

Ordered over two weeks ago through their website. The order has not been sent and no one is answearing emails.
Premium perfume but not premium service.
Do not recommend orderding from their website.
I wanted to additionally place an order but will not.

Ordered several weeks ago. Got an email showing my order. Credit card was charged. Never received an email with tracking. Have been trying to reach out. I wrote several emails and left several messages. They won’t get back in touch. Getting ready to report fraud to the credit card company so to get my money back. Very poor customer service!

Bought a parfume and wrote wrong surname... The delivery went fast but surely they couldn't find the address. I wrote 5 emails to them and only got 1 respond asking the number of order. Called at least 3 times, at first woman answered, she said "wait i'll come to my computer" i waited a minute or so and she hung up. Called again, no answer... Still waiting for the resolution of the situation....
