The broker is better for long term investing
They don’t say it anywhere, but i think the broker is better to use for long term investing rather than day trading. The charts are very modern and easy to take trades with, but the spreads are not very competitive and eat a good portion of the profits generated inside of the day.

i signed in at EXNOVA, to start trading, then i realized that my mobile is not verified, so i have tried more than 10 times until exceeded the limit, i contacted support no response for 3 days, and i am not able to withdraw my money, hoping for a response.
Also to add on 28052025, i tried to communicate with their AI and requested to speak to a human, waiting more than 5 min, then auto response (due to all our agents busy we are not able to reach out) - so i checked my bank account today 29052025 to find out the reversal of the funds, and a human talking to me !!!!, thank you for whatever you have done Trust pilot

Confusing Experience & Lack of Transparency
I’ve recently had a concerning experience with Exnova that I feel is worth sharing. While the platform itself looks sleek and user-friendly—very similar to IQ Option—I encountered something that raised red flags for me.
I reached out to Exnova’s live chat support regarding some queries, and to my surprise, the representative I spoke to—Mr. Walid—had the exact same name, profile photo, and communication style as a representative I had previously interacted with on IQ Option. This was not a coincidence. It made me seriously question whether Exnova and IQ Option are being operated by the same company or support team, even though this is not disclosed anywhere officially.
The lack of transparency is troubling. If both platforms are connected, users deserve to know. If they aren’t, then something odd is definitely going on. Either way, it erodes trust. As a trader, I want to feel secure knowing where my money is going and who I’m dealing with.
I hope Exnova (and possibly IQ Option) will clarify their relationship publicly and be more transparent with users. Until then, I would recommend anyone considering this platform to proceed with caution and do thorough research.

BEWARE of Exnova
BEWARE of Exnova! They close positions automatically by stop out even when you have more than enough money in your account. They close their platform at 11pm and reopens an hour later. When they reopen they close your trades with the reason being "closed automatically by stop out". When you contact customer support they say your margins were low, but not the case. You are only allowed to withdraw money to the card that you deposited from but the amount you withdraw must equal the amount you deposited from that card. Any profits, you are going to have a problem. Exnova operates without regulatory oversight so there is nothing you can do when you have a problem. You will struggle to find Exnovas policies anywhere. They are also part of IQ Option. Save yourself the trouble DO NOT use Exnova especially if it is your goal to make profits! They WILL steal your money and make you think its market volatility!

Withdrawals with Exnova is impossible and when i read their withdrawal policy, it stated that " withdrawals shall be made to this bank
card in the amounts not exceeding the amount deposited within 180 (one hundred eighty)
calendar days from the last deposit." This limitation does not make sense at all, and now I'm beginning to think you are a SCAM.

A Complete Scam – Avoid at All Costs!
I had a terrible experience with this platform. As soon as I started making profits, they restricted my account and refused to process my withdrawal. When I questioned them about it in their public chat, they removed my account without any explanation.
It’s clear that they manipulate users by allowing deposits but blocking withdrawals once you start earning. They hide behind vague "violations" to justify stealing your money.
If you're considering using this platform, DON’T. They are running a scam, and I hope more people speak out about their unethical practices.
