Perfect perfect perfect!
We found this reptile store by mistake but what an amazing find it’s been. All staff are super friendly and helpful and will take lots of time to answer any questions they face. Large amounts of live and dry food and potently of options, in addition to a large range of vivarium accessories! (we even managed to grab some amazing deals on the reduced section!!!)

Although this shop is a 30 minute drive from us, we’d be happy to take it just for the amazing support and service provided by exotic pets! Could not recommend enough, to top it all off the prices are extremely reasonable!

The customer loyalty card makes it all the more special as it’s a good incentive.

Will definitely be back!

I ordered 2 stick insects for my son. Due to the snow they coudlnt be sent out immediately but they arrived today. I was keep up to date with delivery and appreciate their responsibility and care of their animals and respected their decision to wait until warmer weather to send them out. Animals come first and that’s why they get a 5 star review. Their customer service was excellent and friendly and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking into getting unusual pet.

I ordered 2 Axalotls, only 1 arrived but as soon as I told them, they apologised and quickly arranged delivery for the second Axalotl to be sent. They both arrived in perfect condition , well packaged and I was given a time slot the day before by the courier. Over the moon with my purchase and will definitely use again

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I was kept up to date with my order of an Ackie monitor step by step. Animal arrived in great condition was packed with a heat pad in a polystyrene box to make sure it stayed at a decent temperature. Couldnt ask for more. Very helpful with all my questions (and im a pain lol). Would highly recommend exotic pets if youre after anything from food to animals and equipment. Thank you ever so much. Ben

I bought a beautiful baby beardie for exotic pets UK and almost a year later he's grown into a amazing boy with an amazing personality and is so healthy. The packaging was great and included a heat pad for warmth and I recieved my baby very quickly! I have also previously bought a chameleon from these and he was also received very healthy with amazing colours and a bright alert personality! 100% reccomend

I recently received a Wild type Curly Hair tarantula (Tliltocatl albopilosus).Also in the parcel were some micro crickets and a few other items.The sling was healthy and very relaxed even after its journey and soon settled into the enclosure. The parcel had been packed so carefully and cleverly that no harm could have come to it or the crickets, which were also in good condition. I have shopped at Exotic Pets on several occasions as one of my few trusted pet sites and would recommend them. Dispatch/delivery is always quick.

Fast dispatch on my mantis. Had a little problem with Royal Mail and customer service were extremely helpful. Really friendly too! My mantis is beautiful, she has settled into her new home right away and has even taken food. I’ll would definitely recommend and I will be using exotic pets again.

Order was dispatched on Tuesday afternoon and it was delivered less than 18hrs later! Quickest live food delivery I've ever ordered, although order was placed last Friday, I understand it was too late to be sent before then, due to the bank holiday Monday, so I'm more than happy with the dispatch time, will 100% be using these guys again!

Everyone is extremely helpful, friendly and approachable. There is great care towards their reptiles and the staff are amazing and extremely knowledgeable. Gemma is amazing as she has offered support and advice when my lizard Blue does something a bit odd! I love going to Exotic Pets and we are already planning our next addition!

Not even worth a star don’t waste your money and time and get a dead animal
Just a post to let people to know not to use exotic pets uk (dronfield) I bought a ocellata uromastyx cb21 off them for 300 pound.After spending 2 weeks of phone calls and emails and them going over my setup and me spending loads of money on a setup they finally sent me the uromastyx I was so happy.Well within a week it was dead they refused to refund the money or replace it with anything even though they ok my setup and went through all lighting and temps with me I keep a number of uros and volunteer part time at a reptile shop (cold blooded rainham) and wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else out there.
So being autistic and not being able to deal with this situation my friend rang them.He has owned a reputable reptile shop for 30 years he explained the situation and how he thought the animal was older then advertised and we was told something would be done.Well after a week of not hearing nothing from them and not even contacting him back he rang them.He was told due to the price of the lizard they would not be refunding my money or replacing the cost of the animal what is absolutely disgusting so please avoid I wouldn’t want you to buy a lizard or reptile as a present for your small child and his so happy and he gets up the next day to find it dead it would break there heart like it has mine you awful people.
