After being hit by another driver my car had to go to the garage to be repaired, I was supplied with a replacement car via the insurance company.
The call from exotic cars came on a Friday morning telling me they were sending me a hire car. It was Tuesday evening before I received it , the car turned up unclean it clearly hadn’t been cleaned it also had a puncture which I had to blow up every day and yes there’s more the brake disks were shaking badly when braking.
After complaining about this they took over a week to replace it with another car. The next car they sent I have zero complaints about.
I was contacted by one of the managers telling me they were sorry that I had a bad experience and offered me a gratitude I was told to decide what I wanted and he was going to call me the following day so I could tell him what I had decided, that call never came which didn’t surprise me one bit as from day one with this company it was a constant joke trying to deal with them. It was lies lies and more lies!
If I ever wanted to hire an exotic car again it most definitely wouldn’t be with them.

Deceptive Practices and Subpar Service from Enterprise Exotics Cars
My recent encounters with Enterprise Exotics Cars have been a series of disappointments, highlighting their misleading practices and subpar service. Initially, I was provided with a Bentley Continental GTC, which, after a mere 700 miles, required service, resulting in its return. Promised an Aston Martin DBS as a replacement, I paid for insurance, only to be left without the car as it broke down midway to my destination. Despite this inconvenience, the refund for the undelivered Aston Martin DBS was never received.
Currently on my third car, a Bentley Continental GT, the experience has been marred by its deteriorated condition, presumably due to prior customer misuse. Despite paying insurance for each vehicle, the promised refunds for the undelivered car and the repeated payments for insurance remain outstanding.
This pattern of providing faulty cars, failing to deliver promised replacements, and neglecting to reimburse for the additional expenses incurred paints a disconcerting picture of Enterprise Exotics Cars’ integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Potential patrons should exercise caution when dealing with this establishment, as their track record indicates a lack of accountability, reliability, and customer care.
Trying to charge me near £500 for a flat tyre saying I damaged the sidewall I took a video of the wheel and tyre the morning it was being recovered I have also have cctv of the bloke that delivered it telling me its been pulled twice with problems the drivers side wheel was bald and was below the legal limit and a very bad vibration when breaking I have cancelled my bank cards so they can't deduct from my account and im seeing it in court
Please don't except a vehicle from them unless you want a charge for no reason
This company is absolutely disgraceful and in the process of reporting them
When the vehicle was delivered to me it had no protection case which o showed concern about asking why this was not in a faraday pouch I was told the security on the vehicle was high and would be safe
I left the vehicle outside my property and it was stolen overnight with an expensive sports bag my computers Lap tops etc to a clue of circa £4,000
I then had £1,750 deducted from my account and told it was collision and stolen vehicle policy which was not explained to me as the third party who hit my vehicle were responsible for a replacement vehicle together with all insurances etc
When I picked the vehicle up I was told the only reason they needed my bank card was in the event of parking or speeding fines which was accepted so agreed on that basis never would I have permitted damage or stolen vehicle cover
When you try to contact these people they simply ignore you and force you to go legal which is the stage I am currently at

I needed a replacement car, paid for by the other driver's insurance. The insurance only used Enterprise. When I refused the 4L engine car Enterprise Exotic provided, (my car is a 6L engine), we went from "Enterprise Exotic will not provide you a car" to "we have no car in your range available". Then I was supplied a 2L engine car. It gets better! The insurance approved £300+ per day for the replacement car, and I was supplied a car which will cost less than £300 for 7 days. Obviously, the owners of this company are not in the business of making money.
