This was our third trip from Exotic Miles. And our first trip to Do Dham Yatra with them. As usual, they are really good in what they do. Right from accomodation, fooding, commute and their instant followups- everything was really smooth! Mr. Rajesh and Mr Yogesh are really helpful! Always available on call to support:) very happy with their service! And looking forward to more trips with them. Thankyou..

Best travel experience for UP Tour including Varanasi, Ayodhya & Prayagraj of 5 days.

I worked with Zoya and Rajesh to plan and arrange our Char Dham. We had a number of places we wanted to see in between and they helped us plan the itinerary so we can utilize our time very well. Arrangements were top notch and drivers Amith, Bablu and our guide Prajwal were all great. We enjoyed every bit of it. I would hire them again without thinking twice

We booked the Kailsh Mansarovar Yatra with helicopter as a group of 5 person. We would like to thank the Exotic Miles team for the unforgettable trip. The trip was very well planned and organized. I would especially like to thank Ms. Deeksha for the whole organization. She was in constant contact with me during the trip. Also would like to thank Mr. Ramesh for the execution of the trip. His team was very nice, very helpful, they looked after us very well and supported us. (Especially my parents at the age of 73 and 70). The food and accommodation were great. Many thanks to Ms. Deeksha and Mr. Ramesh and the while team of Exotic Miles. we will definitely book more trips in the future. We can and will surely recommend this tour company.

We had booked Adi Kailas tour via Deeksha from Exotic miles and it was truly a memorable tour. Having traveled to many places both in India and abroad, including Char dham both In Himalayas and 4 corners of country, what else there could be to see? And yet Adi kailas and Om parvat, Patal bhuvneshwar caves on way back was still unique. We did face lack of facility at Gunji, but this tour operator did everything possible for alternatives, they even arranged unplanned accommodation at Dharchula at higher cost to keep with overall experience. I like to thank Deeksha for constantly being in touch and manage this customized tour from end to end with clear and friendly communication.which is what I think makes the difference between packaged tour and going on unreliable taxi tours. It was a trust relationship with this tour operator and we will come back to Exotic miles for similar tours in future.

It was such a great experience. This agency helped us a lot in each and every situation. We are very satisfied with that. I would highly recommend to all.

My mother aged 75 years , my sister and I in our early 50's went on Adi kailash,om parvat yatra from 7th June to 14 June 2024.
The whole tour was coordinated by Mr Abhishek of exotic miles,from the word go. He was very helpful, patient and supportive. I was quite concerned about doing this yatra with just 3 of us ladies because of the sheer magnitude of travel involved and too to such far off place. But Mr Abhishek put all my doubts to rest and assured us of a safe travel.He is quick to answer all your questions and clear all doubts. He always answered all my calls , messages promptly. He was always in touch with us through calls/ wats app through out the journey.
We had a wonderful and safe yatra and the journey and experience I will cherish forever. Everything was arranged so well from the taxi , hotels and the tour plan.

We booked our Chardham Yatra by Helicopter through Exotic Miles from 21th May to 25th May . We were 6 people, all Senior Citizen. Our entire Trip to Chardham was amazing. From the Day 1 till 5th day of the Trip, from the pick point of Dehradun Airport to Drop at Dehradun, it was simply awesome. On the first day, they made our staying arrangement at Hotel Hyatt Centric at Dehradun.We were surprised by the comforts which we got. Mr. Rajesh & Mr. Anand were available all the time. We were surprised to see Mr. Rajesh amongst us on the very 1st day of the tour. He spent almost 1 hour with us at Hotel Hyatt. Both of them took all the precautions that our Trip should be an excellent one. At all the 4 Dhams, their arrangements for the VIP Darshans were so nicely managed by their Agents that we were simply mesmerized. The ease with which we spent 7 minutes time in the Gufa and we did our Darshan near the Shivling. At Badrinath Dham also they arranged VIP Darshan & Swarn Aarti in the Temple & we spent almost 15 minutes inside the Temple. They dropped us at Dehradun on the 5th Day, When our Trip ended on the 5th Day at Dehradun, Mr. Anand arranged Lunch for us at Hyatt, when we came there to pick up our Luggage.
The simplicity of Exotic Miles & their Team including their arrangements at all the 4 Dhams were so nice that now we are planning our next Yatra to Amernath through Exotic Miles.

We have booked our family trip to Kedarnath - Badrinath through Exotic Miles for period 13 May to 20 May 24.

In today's Digital age , when most of the trip related bookings are available online , the foremost reason for choosing a Tour Operator to manage one's trip is peace of mind ; other reasons being convenience and having single point of contact for managing the complete trip .
So by engaging a tour operator , one expects to completely enjoy the trip along with family , without being bothered by the hassles of managing the trip or searching the locations to visit enroute or searching the way to those locations on Google Maps !!

Somehow Exotic Miles failed to meet above mentioned basic expectations!!

1) Mismanagement of Trip and rude behaviour of Contact persons
On the very first day of the trip we got a shock , reason being the vehicle provided to us was not having Green card and trip permit which was mandatory requirement to start the Yatra .
We came to know from driver during our journey from Delhi to Haridwar that all these necessary procedures are yet to be done at Haridwar .
We spoke with Mr Anand about this but he was not aware about this major miss . Instead he started explaining M/s Exotic's internal mismanagement that transport team has not done the needful and it is not his fault. Also during conversation he started raising his voice . He abruptly ended call twice when we asked as to why these formalities wrt Green Card / permit were not done in advance and why we came to know this from driver instead of Exotic team.

That whole day (13 May) passed and he didn't bother to update us any status of permit of vehicle .
We ourselves co-ordinated with driver , gave him printout of required documents and requested him to stand in line at RTO office for permit issuance so that we could start our onward journey from Haridwar as per schedule the next day .( This was supposed to be done by M/s Exotic !!)

Next day , on 14 May , there was no update from M/s Exotic even by 10 am . Then we contacted another contact person provided to us , Mr Rajesh , and requested him to look into this .
Till 12 noon , we were anxiously waiting at the reception of Haridwar Hotel with elderly parents , for the driver to return after completing formalities. During this time when we asked Mr Rajesh as to why these formalities were not done earlier and more importantly we they didn't inform us that this crucial activity is yet to be completed, he gave lame excuses .

Above all this , we we raised concern with Mr Rajesh regarding Mr Anand not informing us about this crucial procedure required to start Yatra , then Mr Rajesh also told us that if we continue to complain then he shall also disconnect the phone . And he said that you have just started the journey and your entire trip is pending.

We were shocked at this attitude by M/s Exotic team .

Anyhow we let go of this issue as our trip has just started ; we had 4 elderly persons and one kid with us and we needed to be in touch with them for the rest of the trip.

Finally the driver came around 12 noon . He told that documents are yet to be received ; the required documents of permit shall be given by transporter agency at Rishkesh and that we should start towards Rishkesh .
There was so much confusion whether to start for Rishkesh without documents or wait at Haridwar itself . Noticeably Exotic team were nowhere in picture in this hour of need.

After reaching Rishikesh we again waited another 1 hour to receive the documents .The driver was having no clue regarding what is to be done next .
Finally we personally took pains and got the printouts from local shop at Rishikesh.

At last we started from Rishikesh at 215 pm.

Due to poor management Exotic team failed to get Vehicle permit / Trip card on time because of which we were able to reach at Rudraprayag hotel late in the night at 11 pm !!
Because of this our old parents could not take proper rest and they got only 2 hrs sleep before embarking on Kedarnath yatra next day at 3 am early morning.

2) Poor management of Hotel booking :-
At Badrinath , despite informing M/s Exotic team beforhand that 4 senior citizens are in group , they booked hotel where rooms were allocated on 4th Floor and no lift provision was there !! After a tiring day , we were shocked at apathy of Exotic team.

3) During whole journey we suffered lack of co-ordination between Exotic team and tranasporter and we could not visit many points included in itinerary !!

To conclude despite charging exorbitant amount , M/s Exotic miles has mismanaged our trip ; there was no Peace of mind right from beginning of trip .
Suggest Exotic team to spend some portion from amount paid by us to give training to their staff as to how they should treat their clients and do some research for support that may be needed by client during Yatra .

Worst experience by travel agency harrasment is there prior policy.i suggest not to plan with them.

Total Mismanagement. Highly Irresponsible and unprofessional. They collect money in advance and forgets. Need to follow for every small thing and they don't respond. I had to follow up even to get Cab Details. Had to call , message 6 times for such small thing . They will simply pass on number and ask you speak to them.

Poorly managed and highly uncourteous.

Vehicle permit not taken in advance which lead to delay and spoil our entire trip.
For their benefits in terms of money they book punjab passing tempo traveller for Do dham yatra. The advance yatra registration of vehicle and green card permit was not taken and it was done in our tour time for which we only have coordinated with driver and in this peak season and traffic jam scenario of do dham yatra we have to wait to receive vehicle permit for almost more than half day at Haridwar only. This has delayed our entire trip.
Exotic mile coordinator blaming their internal transport team for such miss and saying that this is not their fault. Do we need to coordinate with their transport team as well??? The behavior of coordinator Mr. Anand was not good when we ask about such miss. Overall not recommending this tour operator.
They just book hotel vehicle and then leave it to customer for trip related coordination and site seeing.

As there is no system to reply to the response you gave on 1st June on my review I am updating my review against your response.

First let me thank to you that you admitted that there was considerable delay in doing Green pass and trip card. I hope with this acceptance from Exotic miles, other people also will ensure that when they book chardham yatra they need to ensure with exotic team that all vehicle permits are available with them well in advance to avoid major delays!

Coming back, you have mentioned that there were multiple pick ups. Let me update your data that only two pickup were there one from NDLS and other from Nizamudin Railway Station for which I have informed to Mr. Anand from day one. So it is part of the package and you have not done any extra favour instead you have not planned the vehicle permit in advance. You have consume our tour time to do all vehicle pass formalities which has impacted our entire trip. I have mailed all inconvenience details over mail but as usual you people are don't bother to give response to that mail and hence that initiated me to write review in this platform.
Secondly you have mentioned that you gave good hotels.... excuse pl.. I have taken premium package (xx.x K per person for do dham only - i.e. Kedarnath and Badrinath) and you have offered hotels as per that so you have given hotels for which I paid.
Also you have mentioned that maharaja tempo traveller is not available in Uttarakhand hence you have arranged it from Punjab!!! (This was also we came to know when we see Panjab passing vehicle came to pickup us at Delhi.) No one will believe that ... many UK passing tempo traveller (better than what you have provided) we have seen during our trip. Also maharaja tempo traveller is the part of package so it's cost is ...so don't try to tell me that you have given maharaja Tempo traveller... it is for what I paid.
There are other issues which I have wrote to you over email.. if any option is available in this platform then I would have share all the communication screen shot over here but unfortunately I can write text only. Last about your people..Mr Anand... I know he is not Jeannie as mentioned by you...but if he has performed his duty well then this mismanagement would have not been araised.
Mr. Anand has cut the phone twice and raise his voice while we were seeking update on vehicle pass and he was telling that it is not his fault it is your transport team fault!!! Then after he never call back till second day .. we were suppose to leave Haridwar on morning 8 am but till 2pm we were waiting for vehicle permit!!!
When we call Mr. Rajesh (other person name given in voucher as Mr. Anand was not responding) and ask that why all permits are not taken in advance and we want to complaint about Mr. Anand for this miss... he simply raised his voice and says that if you do complaint then I will also cut the phone and you have just started the trip !!!! This was like threatening... that now We do not have any option !!!!

I firmly say that exotic team needs to upgrade their behavior when the talk with their client...... for my trip they have done nothing which is expected from any tour travel agency then also full amount paid to them .. they can utilize this "not earned " money to give training to their staff Mr. Rajesh and Mr. Anand.

The way I feel helpless in this trip due to exotic travel mismanagement....I wish they will face same situation some day...

Sorry to say but the Company is cheat!! They took big sum of money for chardham yatra by charter helicopter from my senior citizen parents & relatives , my parents went all the way from Mumbai to Dehradun. And then they cancelled the tour on account of bad weather!!. Bad weather is a common phenomenon in those location. They should have back plans . But the guy Anand Sharma stopped attending phone call of my and My parents. Leaving those senior citizen unattended and stranded, with out any clue of their next course of action. If anyone wants any proof pls contact me on 9920083562. But don't get in trap of this bad company. They are looting in name of God!!! We will take further legal action on them.
