I ordered a iPhone 14 and delivery is suppose to be within 3-5 days via DHL. Soon learnt that there is 0 tracking and possibly this website is a scam. No phone numbers to call, no legitimate email responses. Should I go through my bank and start the refund policy due to fraudulent transaction? Thanks
Having the same experience as others. Buy a product that is noted as in stock, payment is taken then nothing. I've emailed two or three times and had no acknowledgement. Will never use them again.
Ordered a Ricoh GR IIIx from them on Monday. Camera was listed as “in stock” so I opted for DHL Express 3-5 day shipping.
One day later, I check my order status and it hasn’t been shipped. I email them and “Melissa Ong” replies informing me that my order is in the queue to be shipped NEXT MONDAY. This makes no sense as the product is in stock which is why I opted for express shipping.
Further emails requesting for explanation and cancellation of the order have gone unanswered, which sends up more red flags about this seller.
Unless I get a reasonable answer back in the next 24 hours, I’ll have to flag this to my bank and have the charges reversed. I’m still open to getting this resolved properly but am not holding my breath expecting a reply from “Melissa”
I strongly recommend caution when dealing with Expansys.ae - the absence of a contact number, live chat, and the response time puts the fear of fraud on buyers
I ordered a Note 20 ultra, which was received with the Samsung seal broken and replaced with Expansys' own "seal of quality". The phone had visible scratch marks at the top and bottom, as if it were a demo unit. I am currently following up with customer service and will update my review depending on how they respond.
