I recently had the pleasure of booking a trip through Expat Holidays, and I can confidently say this was the trip of a lifetime, all thanks to their exceptional service. From the moment me and my wife made our first inquiry to the moment we returned home, the communication was nothing short of flawless. They were incredibly responsive, keeping us updated every step of the way and answering all our questions with impressive detail and care.

Never once did we not feel confident in anything they set up for us from experiences to hotel stays to domestic flights all the way down to driver pickup times. We knew exactly what was happening and when it was supposed to happen and none of it was a disappointment!

One of the standout aspects of this experience was their ability to recommend the perfect downtime activities even outside the recommended excursions (which were all phenomenal as well). Whether it was a secluded spot to unwind or a hidden café to enjoy a quiet afternoon, their suggestions were spot-on and gave us the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation. Their knowledge of local spots and hidden gems really made the trip feel personal and curated just for us.

I can't recommend Expat Holidays enough—this wasn't just another vacation, it was a journey crafted by experts who truly care about their clients. We're so glad we used Expat Holidays Thailand to help us plan our vacation. We worked with Lenny - he is a great communicator and really listened to what interested us and his knowledge of Thailand is first-hand. He put together a wonderful trip for us that worked seamlessly. The places he recommended we stay and his selection of tour guides are tried and true and it was obvious that he selects only high quality vendors.

His staff communicated with us throughout the trip, confirming our reservations and tours and letting us know pickup times and contact info all along the way. We felt we didn't even have to think about a thing!

We could not have been happier with the trip and it was all due to having such great guidance in planning everything.

The experience was amazing from start to finish! Everything was so well organised! The What's-app group was a great way of staying in communication throughout the trip! Vanda was great at staying in contact and keeping us informed about the planned itinerary, from flight information, to pick up points and the names of the tour guides who would be meeting us! All the tours we experienced while on the trip was top notch with really friendly tour guides! Nina was fantastic and her knowledge and history of the local area in Bangkok was exceptional! We also really enjoyed the elephant sanctuary in Chang Mai! The tour guide here was great too and took lots of pictures for us with the elephants! He also brought us to a great food spot with breath taking views, before returning us to the hotel! Although we can't remember all the names of the tour guides, we can't fault any of them, they were all fantastic! 

We cant recommend Expat Holidays highly enough, the sad part of the trip was having to return home. We will absolutely plan our next adventure with Expat Holidays in the future.

My dream vacation to Thailand was a lifelong ambition, and it surpassed all my expectations. Many individuals provided valuable advice on navigating the country with ease. Nevertheless, considering our time constraints and desire to explore the country's diverse landscapes, we opted to consult a travel agent. Lenny and his team were exceptional, creating a journey that was both smooth and adventurous, and challenged us to step out of our comfort zone. We traveled from the bustling city of Bangkok to the picturesque mountainside of Chiang Mai, and finally to the stunning beaches of Phuket. Lenny and his team are incredible! They worked with me and my husband and created a perfectly planned itinerary that fit our interests. They were really easy to communicate once we were there and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend to anyone looking to travel to Thailand!

This was our first time using a travel agent and we were blown away by the expertise and ease as travelers. Your team thought of every detail and we could truly just enjoy it and have fun.

We saw the best sights of Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Phuket. The tours and guides chosen by Ex Pats were perfect.

So convenient to have check-in and best seats chosen for us on all of our domestic flights! Vanda checked us in and got us seats in the exit row or a whole row to ourselves.

Airport transfers were convenient and helped us avoid scams on busy travel days. Having a Whats app contact with ExPats the whole time to help with any question was much appreciated.

We adored all of the hotels. Location, rooms, service, breakfast, immaculate.

The private tour to the elephant sanctuary was amazing. We could not believe we got one-on-one time walking through the jungle with our elephant, Boon-Ma! We did not interact with another tour group for the full time we were there. Bamboo raft ride was incredibly fun!

Phuket could’ve have been a real bummer- all of the reviews of the island say how crowded and touristy it is- but we LOVED it because of the choices made by Expats! We had a long car ride through traffic but we were in a clean, AC, car with wifi. A huge, private, quiet, resort with the ability to walk to Patong beach if we wanted to take in some of the craziness. We had a beautiful view of the ocean on our balcony and great pools and beach in the resort.

This was the trip of a lifetime and an amazing honeymoon! We are big travelers and just wish expats Thailand could help us visit other countries- however, we know your expertise within Thailand is what made this trip so great. Thank you for everything!

11/10 recommend! Expats Thailand planned and executed the perfect honeymoon for my husband and me. I began the process early with Brandon, over a year before the trip, to start crafting the perfect itinerary. I explained at a high level what we wanted and Brandon got to work! He ensured we approved every activity, hotel, and plan. All I needed to do was book our flights to and from Bangkok - the rest (hotel reservations, domestic flights, tours, private car transfers, etc) was handled by Expats. Leading up to and during the trip we communicated through WhatsApp - we received daily messages with updates on our tour times, pick up locations, etc. we also were able to request help when we needed to figure out where to send our laundry. Expats went above and beyond and I can’t explain just how fortunate we feel to have worked with them for our trip.

Traveling with Expa Holidays was an incredible experience. They handled every detail of our trip from start to finish, making our honeymoon to Sri Lanka and the Maldives truly special and completely stress-free. We highly recommend their services! Thank you very much!

Vanda and her team was available 24/7 throughout the trip, always ready to help if we needed anything. When my husband lost his wallet, they stepped in immediately to assist with getting it shipped home, turning what could have been a stressful situation into a minor hiccup.

To say that Lenny and his team at Expat Holidays delivered the most incredible and top tier vacation of our lives would be an understatement! I reached out to Lenny after being recommended by Zicasso and am so thankful I was matched with him! Having the expertise and insight of a local while being able to easily communicate in English made my husband and I rest easy as this was our first trip to Asia. Lenny took all our needs in to account and kept to our requirements and budget to curate a customized and seamless itinerary; by the time we touched down we didn’t have a care in the world, they had it all covered. From the downloaded app which held all our trip details and helpful local insights and facts, to every morning and afternoon the WhatsApp text we received from Vanda (an associate of Lenny’s who covered us throughout our trip) with our itinerary, tickets, and any other helpful information we needed for the day and to prepare for the day following, we never had to think too far out or be concerned with “what’s next?”
Private designated cars picked us up from each destination which made the travel even more stressfree and truly luxurious. As we traveled from Bangkok, to Chiang Mai, to Krabi and Phuket before heading back to Bangkok, it’s incredible but fully correct in saying there was not a SINGLE bump. Expat Holidays only works with the most incredible and professional tour operators and all of their hotels continued to exceed all expectations. Huge shout out to Sam and Pat in Chiang Mai who made us feel immediately at home, and gave us the experience of a lifetime with the beautiful elephants! The private boat guides Rainbow and Nicky in Krabi/Phuket and of course, Jazzy the night time Tuk Tuk food tour guide and Ms.Luck our floating and train market guide and expert!
Our trip took nothing less than an army of incredibly hardworking and kind individuals to make happen, and Expat Holidays is where it all began and how it all came to be. I cannot recommend this boutique travel agency enough to ANYONE looking to travel to south east Asia. We worked with Expat Holidays to plan our 3-week trip to Thailand in July and Aug. of 2024. We They are a fantastic agency to work with. They booked all our intercountry flights, ground transportation accommodations and tours. We spent time in Bangkok, Kanchanaburi, Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, Koh Samui and a day trip to Ayutthaya. Everything on our trip went smoothly. There was excellent communication throughout the planning stage and during the trip. There was an issue with one of the accommodations due to no fault of theirs (it was due to flooding Kanchanaburi). Vanda and our guide quickly went to work finding and booking accommodations for our stay in Kanchanaburi. The tours they booked for us all had wonderful knowledgeable guides. We are planning another trip to Thailand in the summer of 2025 and will definitely use Expat Holiday again!

If you’re wondering if going to Thailand and using this company is a good idea, I can 1000 reassure you that Thailand and ESPECIALLY Expat Holidays is amazing. We went for our honeymoon to visit Bangkok, Chang Mai, and Koh Samui. As we went from one part of Thailand to the next, the hotels and the excursions only got better!! Vanda did an amazing job with all logistics to the t. We didn’t have to do anything except go, check our WhatsApp for details, and have a good time. From booking flights, having drivers pick us up, having such amazing private tour guides who spoke great English and really showed us parts of Thailand other agencies probably wouldn’t have, Expat (Brandon, Vanda, Lenny, etc.) is the best. We have a lifetime of memories from only 13 days of visiting and we can’t wait to go back to visit the other islands we missed. Please if you’re hesitating at all if you should book with them, just do it. You will not regret it. So glad we found this company. They’re really reliable, knowledgeable, kind, and really just amazing.

Took my kids (22 and 18) for a graduation trip and it was AWESOME! Communication from the team was excellent, from the organization of our itinerary months in advance to the weeks and days leading up to the trip, and every day we were there we were told exactly what time and who would be meeting us, where they were taking us, etc. Every guide and driver were on time (early in most cases). The hotels were amazing
- location, facilities, staff. This was the trip of a lifetime for our family and it was wonderful. Trust Lenny and his team - they will take good care of you!

I had my doubts about using a third-party to plan my whole vacation, one located in Thailand. It was a big leap of faith for me, but actually seeing the reviews on TripAdvisor in google give me a lot of peace of mind. I can’t express how absolutely wonderful my vacation with my two daughters was. Brandon was our trip planner and he listened to our suggestions and worked with our budget. It was the trip of a lifetime for my daughters and I highly recommend Expat Holidays! We vacationed in Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Koh Samui. Had unforgettable experiences in each city, including several bucket list items. We are so grateful to the staff which supported us beforehand as well as throughout the trip with quick response time. We felt safe the whole time! We were well taken care of. Go for it!

Expat Holidays Thailand planned the most perfect honeymoon for my husband and I! Brandon worked with me to craft an itinerary that made sense for us rather than pushing a standardized playbook. Once there, everything ran completely smoothly and the team was exceptionally communicative. Expat Holidays Thailand hooked us up with some really unique experiences in Chiang Mai (ie. visiting a temple with an ex-monk, going to a local family's home for a garden tour and cooking class), and the most incredible resort in Koh Samui (I have no idea how they fit it in our budget but they did!!). I can't recommend working with Expat Holidays Thailand enough!

They also made our on the ground experience extremely convenient, handling all of the logistics like transport and bookings and tours, making our life easy. My husband and I were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and chose to work with Expat Holidays Thailand almost instantly because of their hospitality, knowledge, and quick response. I had the pleasure of organizing our trip with Brandon over a two month period. He was inquisitive of all the details we wanted and supplied us with multiple choices of locations to stay and excursions to try. We were able to have a truly relaxed vacation as a couple filled with exploring mountains, visiting elephants, and kayaking in a stunning blue lake. I was able to customize absolutely everything from what cities we wanted to visit, where we wanted to stay, and what type of adventures we wanted to have. With all of our travel from location to event being planned for us, we had a driver named Sam that was phenomenal, we had little to worry about except what next delicious restaurant we would eat at next. I highly recommend this company because we received exceptional communication, exactly what we dreamed of in the locations we chose, and were able to relax as well as explore and I could not have created an experience such as this on my own. Just got back from our honeymoon to Thailand, and I cannot recommend Expat Holidays Thailand ENOUGH. Every member of their staff (from Brandon in planning/booking to Vanda in coordination/communication during the trip) was a level beyond 5 stars. Brandon knew my husband is a chef, so he tweaked our itinerary to really showcase culinary aspects of Thailand. Vanda kept us informed on WhatsApp from the moment our plane landed, and she even answered our random questions (non trip related) throughout. We went to 4 different cities, and the staff made all of the ground transportation and domestic flying a breeze. Also, every resort they recommended was amazingly beautiful, each excursion was exciting and ethical, and every tour guide was fun and knowledgeable. Ask for Ms. Luck for your Bangkok tours!!! She is hilarious and so smart.
