One way flight insurance let down

I bought one way flight insurance between Manchester and Singapore believing it would cover me for any problems that may occur. Unfortunately, a problem arose. My baggage was delayed to my final destination. I have had to pay for clothes and consequently submitted a claim. The company now tells me I'm not covered for baggage delays on a one way flight. You can imagine how disappointed I am. Nonetheless, I want to warn anyone who's thinking about using this company to buy one way flight insurance, not to.
