Agree with the previous review, this company is a joke, been waiting all week for a delivery of 150 miles and it still hasn’t arrived … I could have walked up and picked it up in person faster.
Avoid these cowboys at all costs.
Do not entrust any parcels with this Company. Local drivers are great however the management don't care when things go wrong, ie late delivery and more importantly the loss of parcels.
They lost £10,000.00 worth of goods, no proof of delivery and their claim process took so long after which we were offered a credit for £57.00! Hide behind terms and conditions which basically say we can throw your parcels in the river or steal them and you are only entitled to about £2.50 per kilo.
Absolutely avoid!!
