I was in quite a bit of a bind after letting my passport expire. I was making phone calls to every person and place I could think of for help. That's when I found Expedited Passports & Visas. It was Wednesday morning and I was scheduled to fly out Saturday morning....yikes! Bridgette was amazing. She was patient, professional, and kind. She was also realistic and straight forward. She let me know they could get the Passport renewal to me by Friday if I did my part. She explained the process in full detail and the rest was up to me. She walked me through the first few steps and kept in contact the rest of the way. Her confidence in the process helped me keep my you know what together while I collected the list of Items needed for this process to be a success.

Booked a flight for my daughter from Orlando to St Lucia only to realize 5 days before her trip that her passport had expired. Left From Texas on Sunday morning before Memorial Day with a cruise already booked and payed for on that Friday when I realized my passport expired the previous year. Found this service online and saw all the great reviews so I thought it was my last chance to make the cruise.

Called them on Tuesday since Monday was a holiday, overnighted my expired passport with other requested documents Tuesday evening and received my new passport delivered to my hotel in Thursday morning. Can't thank you guys enough.
