I am familiar with Adobe PDF. Switching to a new program caused some problems for old eyes. The text on the red is hard for me to read. It might help if it was bold. my eyes have a hard time with contrast. I am figuring it out though.

I had a virus and lost my PDF Expert program. Just a short mail to the support centre and they helped me out with a new download and key. Fantastic service after purchasing the program which is very helpful in all aspects.

The expert pdf is a very powerful software with a high speed to open files and optimum converting to excel, word, etc

I have only OCR'd a few documents but i am very pleased with the results. I had a bit of trouble getting started but customer service quickly set me straight. I am impressed with the results, not perfect, but don't need a lot of editing.

Very fast and straightforward support. Even on own errors by the user was responded quickly. I felt very well and competently accompanied. Annoying is only that the support was necessary and the sold activation code did not work

When I went to order your product, I accidentally ended up on a wrong site -Expert PDF. I thought I was buying your product and did make the purchase and downloaded it. I soon realized my error as it wouldn’t open. I chatted with people at the other company several times who basically lied to me about your product, saying it wouldn’t work on a Mac. I had used your product in a trial run and liked it. Perfect for my needs. I finally got a refund from the other company but only after they tried to sell me another product and then offer me a deal. My feeling is they know what they’re doing by having a name so similar to yours! Online reviews connected to them tell of horrible customer service and similar incidents to mine.

I have been using the "avanquest Expert PDF 10" software for many years. Now, when I changed my PC, the previous version was lost and I asked support with my old order no. grant me a revert to the current version. This happened without any problems, so that I'm up to date again today.

I had a problem using expert pdf. I had renewed the subscription but it didn't work. A quick fix was supplied via online chat and it worked immediately. Couldn't be better!
