Excellent service

I had a really great experience with this company. I initially ordered the wrong scooter by mistake, but when I contacted them, their customer service was incredibly helpful and responsive. They changed my order immediately without any hassle, and I simply paid the price difference.

The delivery was exactly on time as promised, and the scooter arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition.

Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with both the service and the product. Very professional, reliable, and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend them!

I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Expert especially Paulette. She communicated with me updating with delivery. My parcel got held due to road protests but she made sure my little boy had his present for his birthday. She was absolutely exceptional in her endeavour to make an 8yr old boy very happy! Fantastic service from Paulette and the team. 10/10

My hob gave up working with a busy week of cooking ahead. I rang Finucane Electrical where I purchased a new hob that day. The whole experience was so professional that I just had to write a review. I rang the store and spoke to a really pleasant lady who put me thru to Sean in Sales. I made my decision about the hob, thanks to Sean and paid over the phone. My new hob was installed the following morning by a lovely pleasant guy....the whole transaction was just perfect. I will be purchasing every electrical item I need from this store in future. It has been a great experience buying from Expert electrical, customer care both in store and online was fast and friendly. Having individual phone numbers for stores and a manned email address made finding the information I needed so much easier and my order was delivered without delay.

Absolutely excellent customer service! Ordered a fridge on Friday and was delivered on Monday. The delivery driver was so professional and an absolute gent! Rang me with a time for delivery . He also took away all the packaging and my old appliance. Cant fault Expert one bit ! Straight forward process from ordering to delivery . Will definitely order again

I should have read the reviews! Ordered dishwasher on 1st March, now 11th March and have heard zero. I have rung, emailed several times. No answer on the phone number on the website, no reply from the customer contact form and no reply from email. Thinking maybe a scam site. Have taken my money and nothing delivered. I think in a few days I will have to contact the credit card company to get my money back. If I had ordered from another shop I would have my dishwasher a week ago. Only ordered as giving me 5% off. Not worth the 20e I was saving.

Can see why the reviews are so bad.
