This company is not based in America it…

This company is not based in America it is based overseas. They use fake phone numbers to make it seem like there from California. They are a scam company. They will take your money and promise you things but you do not even know where they are located at. Well they are in Israel. Is their number one mission is to rip off Americans or human beings. Giving your money to a total stranger that walks down the street would give you more justification. This company is a scam do not listen to mark do not listen to Claire do not listen to anybody that's there because they are all liars. 8500 is what they stole for me.

Horrible Experience

Horrible Experience. I'm going to share a bit of my experience in the hopes that no one else has to go through the same with this company and I'm going to be 100% factual in what I say. 1st thing is, they promised a 30-day turnaround and 6 months later the book was still not done. I did everything that they asked me to do in a very timely manner. Everything I'm saying is documented so if I need to post that I will. There were some other things but I won't bore you with that but the biggest thing was they provided me with an ISBN for the book that was for someone else's book. I printed books and was informed that the number was not associated with my book and in essence, those books were no good. It was only 125 books that were printed and but I asked for a refund for those books because I needed to print more. They refused a refund but offered to give me a discount on their marketing services. I don't want their marketing services or anything else from them but my money back. In fact, I own my own marketing company so I don't need theirs. They have refused to refund me so here we are. I have 125 books that I had to purchase again. The fact that they promised 30 days and it was 6 months should have been enough for the refund but they wouldn't. If they respond or if someone needs the documentation, I will be happy to verify everything that I said.

Pricey, but money well spent!

I hired Tim and his team to ghostwrite a technical, niche specific book for me. I anticipated that I might not get the results I was looking for, but these guys knocked the project out the park! I couldn't have been happier. Thanks guys!
