Highest quality of extensions. I have been using them for years.

Website says 2-5 days for delivery, I’m on day 11 and my parcel is currently in France (I’m in UK). Customer service useless and the goods are now too late for the occasion ordered for and will need to be returned once they finally arrive. Only use if you are prepared to wait a long time!

I have been using this company for many years and I can hand on my heart say it’s the best hair. Last upto 6 months. Hair quality is amazing. Never had any problems. If you’re not getting your hair from these guys then why?

Would give 0 stars if I could. Order took over a week and had no response on any platform or email, even tried calling and no one answered Was never issued with a tracking number and I only got an email when I filed a complaint through my bank for a refund, I had a very blunt email saying my order was on the way however still no tracking number given despite me asking. When the hair arrived it was thin and poor quality given the price. I am now being threatened with “legal action” for persuing a claim. After reading previous reviews I also realised attempting to get a refund will be an impossible task. Terrible product, even worse customer service skills. Never left a review for any product but don’t want anyone else wasting their money or being threatened by this company. Avoid!!

this is by far the worst ever hair company I have ever dealt with, firstly I receive an email saying my payment was rejected when I looked in my account the money was taken out, secondly, I paid for 2-day delivery, and this was another challenge as my package was stuck in France, then it was released after 4 days, third, I get an email saying I have to pay "import duties" then they released my parcel, so for a 2-day delivery took around 8 days to arrive. never deal with this awful company. the hair quality is low grade.

I have been using this website for 2/3 years now, I am not sure why the reviews are so bad. The hair quality is great, and I have completed returns with them too and they have refunded me even when I was out of time to return the package. It can take a while to arrive depending on delivery options but so far its the only hair with good longevity, for obvious reasons the darker the hair the longer it lasts. Black hair lasted a year whereas the blonde tends to get abit matty after 6 months for pre bonded. But still my number one place to go

This company is a rip off, ordered some blonde curly hair extensions they came yellow and looked like ramen noodles! Hardly anything in the packet. Certainly not a full head of extensions! customer service is shocking Refusing to give me a refund as well so I’m stuck with these god awful extensions! Quality is laughable honestly look elsewhere because this website is not it! They looked nothing like how they’re advertised on the website. Cheap quality and I paid 95 pound for them and that was in the sale. If you’re looking for reasonably priced hair extensions I’d try cliphair not had a problem with them! Delivery on the website said 5 days to be then told via email it could take longer, was never given a tracking code even though on email they said I’d get one… was just told they’d be coming soon… Do not buy from this website!

awful customer service. take weeks to respond and then threaten with legal action because i brought up a paypal dispute as i was not hearing back from them

I bought a hair extension from this site last week and I'm very happy with it. The extension is very good quality for a reasonable price. I recommend it.

So after putting an honest review on here I’ve now been sent a letter, which I’m not 100% sure what it means especially after how I’ve been contacted in English over and over and now what looks like they are trying to get money from me. Claiming I owe money when I owe nothing. This letter Has been sent in French, please email me an English copy.

Really bad quality hair extensions, barely any weight to them. Return process is awful as well. Gave me a partial refund when I returned the entire order with one item in it and paid for return postage as well. Had to go through PayPal to get the additional £25 they didn't refund me. Ignored all my messages. Avoid. Crap company.

Good service provided good communication and follow up. Would use again.

It was first time I bought hair extensions from this company.
It was very fast shipping and quality of hair extension was great and very reasonable price. I’m very happy with that.
Also I ordered wrong items as my mistaken but customer service responded me quickly and very helpful.
I will buy products again.
Recommended.

They were late by a week and then on top of it they were supposed to be 0.65gr each strand, (as stated on the website) so 240 pieces is about 156g they are not! They are about 100g. And the company have said they are 130g 🤣 Waste of money and the melt on my hair straightener

Worst hair I have ever purchased. The company is also not based in London as it says on their website, but in France. Customer service is abysmal, they will wait days before replying to emails and will reply in broken English with no further help as to where your order is. Shipping will also take at-least 7 working days. Hair is so so thin, I ordered the 28 inch tapes and the last 6 inches of the hair look as though they are 5 strands thin. Absolute waste of time and money.

Wonderful experience with this company. Excellent delivery service and quality of hair is amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Some of the worst hair I’ve seen in my life. Order 120g of hair, only 60g arrived. They have not responded to my emails. I have had to use this hair, ordered the other hair from a new company. Installed the micro rings today and the glue in the tips is peeling with the hair falling out in bundles.
Do not buy. Will never use this company again.

I ordered my extensions a week ago and I have not heard back other than your order is out for delivery only for the link not work and phone number always going to voicemail. Very non-responsive so won’t recommend at all. I asked my bank for a dispute otherwise 175£ down.

I have been ordering my extensions from Expert for almost 2 years and never had any problems. I am always satisfied with the quality 🙂
