Positive Experience with Expert Institute
I have had very positive experiences with The Expert Institute. They are always very professional and do an excellent job matching experts with clients as well as arranging the communications. Their dashboard is a great way to track cases as an expert - previously one weakness had been that certain cases initial information was obtained on I might not hear anything back for some time - the dashboard eliminates this entirely. Finally all of their representatives are very punctual with replying/assisting in any issues that may come up.

Responsive and 'kept me in the loop'
Sienna did a good job throughout the process of keeping me in the loop. Then Michelle came in and also did well on setting up the interview. It would be nice to have had a quick debrief after the attorney interviewed me as I wasn't quite sure what the next step was; this was my first assignment with EI.
