Big scammm ever! Don't use it because they charge you without your authorization. Fraudulent company is not even legit!

we bought a flight today from their website, we received the reservation #, follow by a phone call to confirm the payment. After the processed the payment we were informed by Maria that the itinerary and the airline was completely different from our reservation, including additional charges and the luggage was not included, keep in mind that all of this changes and extra charges were not informed until after they process the payment, we wasted over 3 hours trying to cancel because we did not agreed to those changes, after 4 hours Maria cancel our reservation but charged us $179, for not accepting the flight they want us to take.

Pagas un precio, tiquete de ida y vuelta, te lo cobran y luego dicen que falta un monto para terminar de comprar, el tema es que ese monto son 2 veces más!!

Nos atendió una tal "Lucia Garcia" obvio era una estafadora con acento francés. Al no completar el otro pago empezó a acosarnos, llamadas, correos, nos mandó un link según ella para pagar el resto y que luego nos hacían la devolución.

Lo otro es que cuando se paga emiten un recibo que dice UNITED UNITED.COM US el cual es falso ya que llamamos directamente a la aerolínea y no había nada reservado.

You pay a price for a round-trip ticket, they charge your card, and then they claim that an additional amount is required to complete the purchase. The problem is that this extra amount is more than double the original price!

We were assisted by someone called "Lucia Garcia" — obviously a scammer with a French accent. When we refused to make the additional payment, she started harassing us with phone calls and emails. She even sent us a link, claiming it was to pay the remaining balance and that we would later receive a refund.

Another issue is that when the payment is made, they issue a receipt that says "UNITED UNITED.COM US," which is false. We contacted the airline directly, and they confirmed that no reservation had been made.

FRAUDE searched for a flight from Bogotá to Fort Lauderdale (March 22–29) through Jetcost. The search results showed a round-trip fare of approximately COP 2,300,000, excluding checked baggage.

I was redirected to a third-party website called “Expertos en vuelos,” where I entered my personal and payment information and proceeded with the booking.

After the transaction, the company contacted me by phone and stated that the ticket could not be issued unless I paid an additional USD 588 in “taxes,” which had not been clearly disclosed during the booking process.

This increased the total price to approximately USD 1,500 for the same itinerary.

I did not authorize this additional charge and immediately disputed the transaction with my credit card provider.

This appears to be a deceptive “bait-and-switch” practice.

Like everyone said it is a scam. They have a fake website where they offer flights, the information of the flights its just a copy and paste of real info from airlines but they do not have any relation to the airlines. So they take your info and book the thing for you, but they always call you asking for more because of "taxes" or "fees" if you decline they charge your credit card but they use the name of a real airline on the transaction so you call that airline but they have nothing to do with it.

oh! they change name. The new name is Expertosenvuelo.com without the S.

Longer available but state I cannot get a refund I need to pay an additional $200.00

It’s a scam. They sell you at one price. Then call you to tell you that you haven’t paid taxes and offer you another travel. Don’t believe nothing.

DO NOT USE JETCOST OR EXPERTOSENVUELO.COM – SCAM EXPERIENCE

I had a terrible experience. While searching for a low-cost flight for my son (a student), I used Jetcost, which redirected me to expertosenvuelo.com. The price seemed good, so we paid with a Visa card. Everything looked legit — but they never issued the ticket.

We received a message saying, "Your payment has been received. Your e-ticket will be issued shortly after verifying your card." But nothing ever came. No valid reservation code for Aeromexico, no e-ticket, and most importantly: they NEVER responded to phone calls or emails.

I had to block my Visa card and contact my bank to try to reverse the charge.
Jetcost failed to warn that they redirect to low-reputation third-party agencies.

Please avoid both platforms at all costs. If you're booking flights, only use official airline websites or trusted aggregators like Google Flights, Skyscanner, or Kayak — and always double-check who you're paying before entering your card details.
