Ordered Make Up Bag 6th November 2025, waited and waited, Contacted their "Support Team" (Or scammer) who said they will chase the "Courier" after multiple kicking the can down the street and its now 29th December 2025 still no ordered and paid for item, Have asked for a refund twice now, keep apologising no please bear with us .But now I am promoting not to use them..SHOCKING SERVICE !!!

Would have given no stars if possible. I bought a light up drawing screen for my grandson. It arrived in a battered box. When we tried it the pens that were supplied with it would not rub off and left the screen smeared, rendering it completely useless. Their returns policy says they refund if faulty, but they wanted me to send it back to HONG KONG at my own expense! I said that was unacceptable and that I wanted a complete refund. They refused and offered to let me keep this piece of garbage and send me £5. After numerous emails back and forth I finally gave in, which is probably what they do with everyone (nice work if you can get it). Then I found that they’d charged me MORE than was stated on the order! Do NOT buy from this company!!

They took too much money from my bank. Wouldn’t refund, wouldn’t cancel, stopped communicating via email. My bank are looking into them for fraud. The item eventually arrived on the 12th December!! That’s useful??! However it was advertised as crocheted characters but what I got was very very cheap card board images with no writing on.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS, DO NOT ORDER OR USE AT ALL.

Replacement sent
Made an order unfortunately my purchase arrived broken . Contacted customer services explaining the goods arrived faulty and would like replacement. Received my replacement all intact and happy with my purchase. So I am happy to say I had no issues with this company.

I contacted Customer Service, several times, but only ever received generic 'Please be patient' email responses. I asked them three times to remove my details: The first two responses just repeated the lie that my order is on it's way, while the third suggested that unsubscribing from emails would be sufficient.
Complete scammers. Don't give these people your money, or your personal information.

They sent me the wrong items, and when I asked for a refund they wanted all sorts of evidence of the original order. I provided this and then told me that I had received the right items, despite showing what they had sent me.
Then they offered me a quarter of the cost as 'compensation'. I insisted on a refund but they said that ti woukd have to pay the shipping costs back to China before I had a refund, so essentially I would be out of pocket.
They are you con artists.
Products are faulty and no refund
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a recent order I received from your company. The product arrived in a non-functional state, and despite my efforts to charge and troubleshoot it, it still does not work.
I have contacted your team multiple times via email requesting either a refund or a replacement, but I have yet to receive a response. This lack of communication is extremely disappointing, especially considering how promptly the payment was taken.
As a consumer, I am entitled to a working product or a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I am giving your company 7 days to respond to this message and provide a resolution. If I do not hear back within this time frame, I will be left with no choice but to escalate the matter further, including raising a dispute with my payment provider and submitting a complaint to Trading Standards.
I hope this can be resolved quickly

If you order anything from this company you may as well just throw your money away, I ordered a rotating rotisserie only the company failed to send me the rotating mechanism. I paid over £20 and their resolution was to offer me £3 compensation which didn't even cover the postage fees which demonstrates they admitted liability and failure to comply with the consumer act not that it's done me any good. Please don't order from this company and tell your friend not to order from this company as you will be wasting your money.
