I ordered a north face coat and have had a great experience with the website and the customer service is very efficient. I would recommend to anyone looking for outdoor gear.

I ordered a North Face Longhaul 26 rolling duffel bag at a great price. I contacted Explore Outdoors by email first just to double check it would arrive in time for my trip and they responded extremely quickly and arranged for it to be shipped immediately. It arrived the next morning and is exactly as described - great quality, sturdy travel bag. The wheels are extremely good quality and it’s so smooth to pull along. Great product and service - would definitely recommend.

DIABOLICAL SERVICE
We never got the items we ordered after many emails being sent. They fobbed us off with the usual - computer problems, problems with suppliers etc etc. We smelt a rat so spoke to other shops in the same street. One said they were fed up with receiving complaint calls on their behalf and having to ask the old lady to answer the phone.
Whilst it is true that we eventually got a refund (well over a month) this was probably because we have mentioned our intention to notify Trading Standards. Call me cynical - the 5 star reviews are probably supplied by them.
I hope Trading Standards check them out. Their service is a disgrace.

Good website. I had emailed a query before ordering and the customer service I received throughout has exceeded my expectations. Very happy with North Face jacket as hard to find in colour and size I wanted plus the price beat others. Will recommend to family and friends.

Good range on the website, easy to navigate and find what I wanted - and Explore Outdoors had stock of the item I wanted, at a good price when everywhere else was out.

Communication was also good when I needed a query answering.

Having read previous reviews I was very concerned if I would ever see the North face bag that I’d ordered.
However, having emailed them they responded very quickly and the bag was delivered within 24 hrs.
Tracking was texted to me and the bag was just what I was after. Sorry for ever doubting them.....

I ordered a North Face Duffel Wheelie bag for my ski trip - was in a hurry so I needed the bag to be delivered as express - company was quick to respond and accommodate my request. Happy customer.

Emailed to see how long delivery would take as I needed the item pretty soon as i fly to Canada. Received am email promptly in reply with the exact answer i was looking for! - Excellent Customer service!

If you MUST order through this company please use PayPal ready for when the item doesn’t arrive and you find all the phone numbers are either fake or go to a prerecorded message saying email us.
I’m assuming the NF jacket I ordered is out of stock despite them taking my money.
No explanation as to why it hasn’t arrived - awful customer service but at least the PayPal refund is being processed.

Ordered my North Face Jacket and received confirmation straight away. Emailed them with a question about colour and had a prompt reply off them.
Ordered express delivery and the item was delivered in less than 24 hours!
Would definitely buy off them again and won't hesitate in recommending them to family and friends.

After contacting Explore Outdoors service centre out of hours during a weekend with a query, I received back a very quick and helpful emai first thing on Monday morning. Good service, which prompted me to place an order with them.
The order was delivered within 24 hours - fantastic service!
The item was extremely well priced and overall I am delighted with the way Explore Outdoors have dealt with the whole transaction.

I ordered a North Face Suitcase on Wednesday and received it 2 days later.
