Pallet Collars - as described high quality and does exactly what I need them to
I wasn't totally sure what I was looking for but the website was simple to navigate and the search function was useful. I had a query about how the pallet collars stack as I was buying two different sizes so I used the chat function which was useful and put me through to Damian who was friendly and helpful, he advised on the different ways that the pallet collars can stack so I was confident would do the job I wanted them to. I used the online checkout process which was straightforward making paying for the order easy and letting me double check the delivery address.
The goods were dispatched on time for the next working day delivery which let me get on when I wanted to and I have been really pleased with the pallet collars - arrived as described, high quality and are fit for purpose.
Overall I would recommend Exporta because of their quality products, fast delivery and excellent service - will definitely purchase from them again.

Monoblock Euro Pallets
Said goods would be here next working day, to find it is going to be another 3 weeks. Have website up to date, if goods are not in stock, offer alternative rather than taking an order then notifying the customer that goods are not available. Especially as you pay when you order.

Next day delivery took 5 days to…
Next day delivery took 5 days to arrive. Exporta just kept saying there was nothing they could do because it was with the courier. Customer service rep sided with courrier (fedex) and refused to even contact FedEx because "it would take him hours and he wouldn't get anywhere", so basically couldn't be arsed.
Shop elsewhere.
Edit following exporta reply: the attempted deliveries on the tracking data are false, and you know this because we discussed it each day when I called to try and get you tale some action against FedEx. I was at the address all day on both days and we have security cameras which prove no delivery was attempted. The FedEx driver was lying and tried to pull this trick because this stop was not on his normal route, and you well know this but refused to take any meaningful action at the time.
Thanks for refunding the carriage charge, but it shouldn't take me leaving a bad review for you to do that, considering I asked for a carriage refund when I called you after the 4th day.
To top it off, when the parcel was finally delivered, 5 days late, your customer service rep actually said "all's well that ends well"! So exporta clearly see that transaction as a success!
I really suggest you look into using alternative couriers.

Great Pallet Collar kits and very quick delivery. if eporta also had pallet wrap, foam and cardboard packing i would like to buy that from here as well so its all in one place.
