Full marks, and my thanks to Emily at customer services for her speedy responses in solving the matter.
Certainly a firm I shall return to, as they stock quality goods at realistic prices.

UK company - great products at very competitive prices. Was warned delivery may be delayed, but in fact it was very quick. No complaints and will definitely use express365.co.uk again. They are a small arm of a larger UK company. No issues at all.
