Adam worked with us to get our logo just right. I appreciated his patience with our pickiness. The final product was spot on, and the flash drive itself is high quality. As my business grows we will be back for more.

We ordered customized flash drives for our firm's clients. Their prices were good. They were very fast in delivering the product to us. I worked with Adam Momin. He was very prompt on getting me any answers to my questions. We will definitely use them, again!

My business card USBs arrived on time and the printing looked great. The reason I am rating them 5 stars is because of what happened next. I tried approximately 10-12 of the products in a variety of Mac and PCs over the course of about 3-4 hours the day before a big conference. None of them worked. You can imagine my frustration and stress. I posted on FB asking for tech friends to help. I emailed and left a message for Adam (on a Sunday). I googled. As it turns out, Adam called me on a Sunday afternoon and had some tips to figure things out. They weren’t working. It seemed so strange - he was stumped for a minute too. I sent a video to him of what I was doing to show what happened......I was putting in the USB upside down - the computer chip was facing down. I never knew it needed to be facing up! I’ve always used the kind of USBs that are more rectangular and only fit in the port one specific way. Adam was great to take the time and help me figure this out - again, especially by it was a Sunday! I would have never figured that out- despite trying it the other way, it seemed like I had to “force” it in and I was afraid I was going to break something. In the end, I suggested they include instructions, and I printed instructions to put into the plastic sleeve of all of ours, so our customers wouldn’t go through this as well. Thank you, Adam!

Express Custom USB delivered a great looking USB business cards. The service was amazing. They made cards with French on one side and English on the other for my colleagues from France and Chinese on one side and English on the other for my colleague from China all at no extra cost.

They fulfilled every promise and had a price that no one could match. Will definitely use them again.

This was the first time ordering from Express Custom USB and it was such a great experience. Not only did the company meet our standards but they also accommodated to our demands in a very professional manner. The USB's arrived in great condition and on time, and there was very little delay in correspondence.
Quite possibly the only thing I did question was the pricing of USB's as they were a bit over what we expected - other than that, good service!

They were fast for delivering requests on their behalf (quotes, designs, and even the package delivery on such short notice), efficient, willing to help and patient, the design on point (offered other good designs as well), very nice and of good quality and finally, a great price! Would highly recommend to others and order something from them again!
