Excellent company, delivery a small timeslot and bang on time. Good quality doors. Would deal with again.

It was simple and easy to place the order for the doors and to arrange a delivery. I was made aware of when the delivery was expected, the driver communicated the day before delivery slot. On the day of delivery it arrive well within time. The delivery driver was friendly, polite and very efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. Great service from start to finish.

What a pleasant experience, regular updates of my delivery by both the company & driver, on arrival the very helpful & courteous driver carried my new oak door from his van & placed it safely within my home for me.
I was very impressed with the quality of my materials delivered & would certainly recommend Express Doors.

Arrived on time and well packaged.

If I could give zero stars then I would. Terribly slow replying to emails. Still not had a reply to my latest email. The delivery had missing items and one door was damaged. Shocking..

Door turned up damaged, had to chase a number of times to get a replacement, they have also not taken the damaged door back so I will

The doors itself are beautiful. But I would order from someone else. They have outsourced the delivery and it causes problems with their customer service. I accidently ordered the wrong doors. However, instead of doing a exchange. I have had to place another order and hope to god they give me a refund. I have also had to pay for my own delivery which has cost me £145. Worse, is that the lady on the phone told me that when I ordered my replacement, the delivery guys would collect my existing doors as they were going back to the warehouse. However they did not honour that phone call. so I have had to pay £145. I wouldn't mind, but the delivery guys are going back and forth to their warehouse! So its just left me £145 out of pocket for no reason. It also took me 40min to get a hold of them on the phone

Doors look quality as do the handles, hinges etc. Great communication and arrived on time with no fuss. Very happy with purchase.

Order was processed quickly, email notifications kept me informed on order progress. Delivery was spot on time with excellent tracking of the delivery via an emailed link.
The only slight negative was placing the order, at the time the website would not allow me to fully proceed and payment had to be made via a secure link sent by separate email, hence 4 stars instead of 5.

Great experience. Two purchases from this company and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again the future. Delivery is very good and the drivers we’ve had both time were really nice lads. Today he was called Henry. Last time it was Samual.
Will use again.

I gave 4 stars just because I had to wait longer than the expected delivery time, otherwise no issues with the quality of the doors excellent quality and delivered with care, communication with the delivery driver (Henry) was great.

I placed an order 24th February for several doors.
I recieved the standard doors with 2no others to follow.
I chased the other doors which were to be despatched by different delivery companies.
I have spent over 5 hrs onto the customer services team over the supposed delivery of these 2no doors. Yet on their systems nothing is logged. I must have had 7no for 1 door and 5 /6 for the other not fulfilled deliveries.
I have asked to speak to a manager from Express Doors but there is never one available. I have asked for call backs repeatedly and nothing has happened.
I spoke with them again and was told "Mate, if I could magic these doors to you I would".
Not the answer I was looking for!
I have a had a p@ssed of chippie stood idle 3 times waiting for these at my cost.
On my last call, I felt that I was being treated as the issue, so said just cancel the order and issue a refund. The chap just said "fine. Bye" and hung up.
I have still yet to recieve my refund.
Whether this company does not value its customers I do not know.
I felt that there is no urgency or consideration. There certainly is no consistency.
I will avoid in the future.

Update: I have now recieved a refund. However.for only 1no door!!!
The incompetence is almost contemptible

Do not touch this company with a barge pole. Shocking customer service, terrible service full stop. I have been waiting for 1 door since Feb 9th, having spent over £800 in total. When they finally got the delivery address right today, the door was damaged. They expect me to wait another 7 working days for a replacement door to be delivered. You must be joking.........
Do not give them your money.
