Outstanding Service from James Latham – Highly Recommended

They try to really push things through
Express Estate Agency was involved in the transaction where I was purchasing a property, so I did not instruct them myself. Nevertheless, I am quite happy with how they handled the process. Elliot who was the selling agent was quick to push forward my offer and handle all the formalities before the conveyancing has begun. Then Rob, who was "sales progressor", took over, and he was key in the process - which took almost 6 months - actively liaising with the seller's solicitors and keeping me updated (which unfortunately my conveyancers often failed to do), which was particularly useful in the last few weeks. All the way through very kind and professional.

Worst agency
Worst agency. Two weeks we are trying to make an appointment to view the house, they always say we call you later for confirmation, but they never call. We try email them, no response, we call again and again the same answer. I don't know how to deal with them, because we really like that house, but probably not worth to wait any longer.
