Tried to process a return but told would have to pay all return costs as I'd accepted the order!?
Item was just left at side of house, not accepted or signed for, despite that being part of delivery method. Was not informed also would need to inspect before accepting, but didn't have that option as Item was just left and driver drove off. Explained this, but all further emails were juat ignored by company. Customer service terrible, I'd be very cautious buying anything from this company

What a total waste of money in my view…
What a total waste of money in my view our landscape gardener agreed kitchen roll was thicker the grass is thin and the backing is micro thin, never 32cm high grass as he said we will get 12 months out of it but it was difficult to lay because of the thinness of it, kept moving EVEN AFTER TAPE AND HOOKS. Buyers beware

The grass I purchased was delivered but wasn’t fit for purpose. Customer services refuse to speak to you in person, their policy is to acknowledge emails but not reply to them.
